Making an appointment with this place and checking in were very easy processes. The staff is highly professional and provides excellent service based on my needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs an eye exam or a new pair of eyeglasses.

This place has the worst customer service and very very rude staff. Im so disappointed the way I was treated today and will never go here again. No one deserves to be treated at a professional facility the way their staff treated me!

This place is the WORST, the customer service is trash. The front desk and the person checking you out ( I believe her name is Lizeth) are the most rude and incompetent people I’ve come across. They are absolutely no help, they tell you one amount while checking in and try to charge double the amount that was told while checking out with ridiculous explanations as if I’m some illiterate person. Do yourself a favor and Do Not go to this location!!!

We took our special needs daughter in to see Dr. Ahmed Al-Sayyad. He was very kind and took time explaining what we need to do to help our daughter’s eye infection. He prescribed the antibiotic and ointment. One prescription did not go through. I had to call the office while I was in the pharmacy, Dr. Ahmed was so kind making sure the prescription was ordered had to talk with the Pharmacist directly. It took so much of his time. He made sure we have the antibiotic ointment for our daughter. A big Thank you ?? staffs were friendly. The appointment was so easy made over the internet and filled out form online was so simple. Very advance appointment application ?? easy and I was able to make a next day appointment to be seen by the doctor.5 stars for doctor, team and location

Rude staff, very unprofessional. Only the eye doctor was nice but the staff were terrible. They put me on hold in a phone call for 25 minutes and hung up. I do not recommend.

I had a very good experience with scheduling, registration, and evaluation at the FallsChurch, VA location. Dr. Al-Sayyad was friendly, professional, and provided a thorough examination and follow up. The technicians were efficient and Natalie was particularly helpful. I plan to return next year for my annual evaluation.

The customer service at this location is so, so, so bad. We had been going for years and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt each time. But they have continued to disappoint. After our final order, we will not go back.

When we ordered the glasses, service was okay, but slow and the techs seemed uninterested. We had to ask for help once we had selected frames, even though the store was not very busy. We ordered the glasses with a 10 day expected delivery. After 10 days, we'd heard nothing, so called the store. Glasses had not yet arrived. On day 19, we called again only to be told that they sent a notice that the glasses were ready. That notice appeared not even 10 minutes after we called. Coincidence? I think not. We picked up the glasses the first day we could. The staff were RUDE and disinterested. They basically handed the glasses to us and that was it. We had to request a fitting to make sure they were correct. It didn't seem like either tech cared if we were satisfied or not. This happened one time before and I thought it was a fluke, but I just think customer service is bad at this store. We aren't happy and will not return to that location again.

The doctor at this place amazing!!!!!! But the two lady's at the front desk today were so unprofessional and rude specially the so call manager in the office she give me a whole attitude right from the start and didn't even try to help us out.

I am wondering if the corporate ,franchise notice how terrible is this store being run from the manger to the 2 personnel behind the desk very bad service attitude Ignorant unprofessional unpleasant playing with her phone while talking to me I strongly believe she should not be there she is the receptionist / technician she is the mirror of this businessI don’t think the owner of this place knows how much damages is this office making ……If i could give zero rating I will not hesitateI really hope that the new patients will read my review along with the other reviews before they visit your location.After all this I don’t wish to be contacted by owner or any staff not even replying back because that’s not going to change how I feel about your stuffs the only thing you can do ,you can take my advise / complaints and find solutions maybe you can fire all of them and hire new staffsAt the end of day I go to another place and I get my service doneShame shame shame

1) Rude and unprofessional staff.2) Even worse, the staff silently guided me to the 3rd eye exam machine whose exam is not covered by vision insurance! Because the 3rd machine provides a premium eye exam. (There are 3 eye exam machines: from left, the 1st and the 2nd their services are covered by vision insurance, but not the third as third is premium)3) They used to make price match with Costco, but no more price match.So how desperately crazy do you want to make profits or I would say survive from stealing customers?-This store current 2.4 rated tells me the reason, because customers do not want to come here again!-No revenue, then you cut your expenses by keeping unprofessional people with rude manners plus cutting their internal trainings. Therefore, steal customer's money by not telling them your extra charging exam. WOW, what a great business plan!

i make appt for dec 5 10:15am online. i was cooking. your worker call me and ask me address. i say i am cooking, it's okay i call you back? she hang up the phone after telling me she cancel my appt without my permission. she not give me chance to speak! i call back and speak with another employee who say they are double book. this is FALSE. when i make appt online, entire slots 10:15 and after were ALL Open. i found out workers name. Her name is NATALIE. How can you treat another person like trash like this? I am almost 70 year old. what a horrible woman.

Wonderful experience. The kind doctor and staff were able to resolve a medical issue with my eye. They took time to listen to my concerns. That's very important.
