They have a good selection of party supplies at reasonable cost. And the mylar balloons are still up (if a bit deflated) two weeks after the party! The store itself seems a bit run down at this point.

Party City's focus on process seems to have overshadowed the importance of customer experience. When I called ahead to check if a specific item was in stock, the customer representative suggested I place an order online. However, since I was planning to visit the store anyway, I decided against it. Upon arriving at the store, I noticed that the item was cheaper online and requested a price match. Unfortunately, I was informed that the price was only available for online orders with curbside pickup.It is disappointing that Party City did not honor the price match from their own website, especially considering that I had taken the effort to call ahead, drive to the store, and physically locate the item on the aisle. The difference was just $1, and it would have been a gesture of goodwill to accommodate the request. This experience has taught me that it's more convenient to purchase items online and opt for curbside pickup to ensure the best price.Furthermore, even if Party City believes their prices are competitive with online retailers, I discovered that the item was still priced higher even for the online purchase. Had I known that Party City would charge me even more, I would never have visited the store in the first place and would have instead ordered from a reliable online retailer like Amazon.By enforcing this standard and not offering competitive pricing, Party City risks losing customers who are seeking convenience and affordability. I hope Party City takes this feedback into consideration and works towards improving their pricing policies and customer experience. By doing so, they can regain the loyalty of their customers and provide a more appealing alternative to online shopping.

Listen ?Party City is one of my favorite stores. However, I have a LOVE/HATE relationship with them because generally, the staff there don't care. They don't care if you find an item, they don't care if you have to wait 20 minutes in line to pay and they don't care if you have to walk around the stock sitting in boxes down the isles.But today! Well, today Nuria cared! She cared that I found each isle I was in search for, she cared about a shade of pink in a balloon, she cared about tent cards, she cared about the glitter confetti for the table and she cared that I didn't feel rushed through the whole process! I have 15+ years of management experience, and I would be honored to have her as a staff member!So many times, we want to give reviews only when the service sucks but never when it s good and / or fabulous. Today my service was fabulous and again it was all due to one staff member Nuria. She never broke a sweat even when she had to manage multiple customers at the balloon counter or when she was toggling between the register and assisting guests with all other needs/questions.Nuria, if you see this, know I was extremely impressed today, and that never happens. Thank you for your help and patience as it took me over an hour just to pick out balloons.Go visit Nuria at Party City, enjoy the amazing attitude, all the help she provides, and remind her how great of a job she is doing!

This store is the worst store I have ever been to. The cashier who took my order was rude and condescending and yell at me pointing fingers. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Stopped in the store on a Saturday to purchase some decorations for a party and the best way to describe the store was chaotic, messy, and lacking. For starters, when you first entered the store, it seemed like all the shelves to the left were empty, or items were thrown all over the place. We started walking through the aisles, looking for what we actually needed, and noticed that they were low on a lot of supplies and that they didn't have a wide selection of items to choose from. Of course they had different decor items, but we expected to see a lot more theme items (we were shopping for Barbie in particular and they really only had a piñata and paper plates). As we were shopping for very specific items that the store didn't have, we wound up leaving without making a purchase. However what adds to the low stars is the frustration witnessed in the balloon and checkout area. The service seemed to be lacking and customers were growing frustrated. It made me glad that we didn't have to wait in any sort of line because it did not look pleasant. I've been to amazing party cities in other cities and I would rank this one as average. However it is possible that it can meet your party/balloon needs, but I'd take a look at the many other reviews for what you can expect.

I visited Party City today to purchase some balloons. I always go there balloons; however, today I felt really bad at this location. There was only 1 employee working which had to blow up balloons & work the register at the same time. Major shout to Sarah for holding it down. But, bad management for only having 1 employee working in a store that is approximately 20K square feet.

We live in NW Ohio. Ordered balloons for our 3 year old granddaughter! I wanted her to answer the door and it was a bunch of wine. She was so sad. Doordash misdelivered but ran back to his vehicle and had the balloons! Yay birthday saved!

My favorite party city in the area. Always good for balloons. I like ordering ahead so you can see their selection and picking up. If they mess up your order which they do sometimes. Just tell them or go online and let them know. The errors are usually fixed promptly.

Ok, dating myself, but yeah I can order online...but, sometimes you want it, or need it now! Needs a few things for a birthday and wife for school. Stopped in, found it, and had some extra fun looking at all the party stuff too! Easy to get to, enough parking-just watch all the crossing traffic at this particular location!

I was in earlier today with my husband and the employee that was attending us asked the store manager how to put our balloon order into the system. she ignored her as she attended the next customer. as she continues to ignore her the employee asked “are you really gonna ignore me” she then smirked at her and continued to not say anything until she finished with the customer she was attending and so on helped her. unacceptable get a new store manager.

This angel Carla Rodriguez @ the Baileys Crossroad Falls Church location in Va deserves 10 stars n a HUGE bonus!! this lady went way and beyond to please us with our 1st granddaughter welcome!! She truly is an amazing woman! Our world needs more Carla Rodriguez’ spirit and caring I will never forget her n what she did!! mucho gracias

In Friday 9/8/23 there was 3 little ladies refused to take our balloons order 40 minutes before closing.
