I'm also surprised by the negative reviews for Princess Diamonds. This was by far the best jewelry store we went in at Eden Center. Vivien was helpful, friendly, and took the time to explain more about fitting and caring for jade bracelets without being pushy or trying to pressure us into a purchase. The prices were better than the other stores we went in and the quality was much higher.

Im a bit surprised by some of the other reviews here, Ive had very positive experiences at this store. Ive bought jewelry from Vivien several times this past year and each time I was happy with my purchase. Each time I come in I let her know my budget, I never feel pressured to spend more than Im comfortable, and there was no pushy sales tactics. To me thats the most important thing Other reviewers express that the service is poor but Ive always got very good service when visiting. In regards to the price, Princess Diamonds prices might be a little higher but I personally feel like they are of a higher quality than the other jewelry shops I visited in the area (I obviously havent visited them all but thats just been my experience). Ive gotten lower prices at some of the Asian jewelry stores back home in California for similar things (chains, bracelets, etc) but I generally think the quality of the things Ive bought at Princess Diamonds is better.

the lady here is rude and overprices her stuff. she didn't seem to care about what we like and want but seems to care more about selling something. bought a gold chain here for my boyfriend, the next day we went to price match at other places at eden and found out she charged us more than what other places would charge. when we tried to sell it back, she said no because she doesn't have enough money for rent or food. i guess i was younger and didn't know much but she took advantage and try to tell me otherwise. she even said we don't have money or could afford these things. it was my fault for not looking around first i guess but i left her jewelry store feeling disrespected, and cheated on. out of all the other jewelers here at eden, i wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want to get overcharged or feel pressured into buying pieces.

This place had their doors locked. Upon entering I see two males sitting there like they are the owners of this establishment. They very well could be. A short hello was called out. But that was about it. They did not have much in the way of jade pendents but the place look well maintained.

Buying jewelry is no small investment you spend a couple hundred dollars at a time sometime even thousands. Everytime I come to Eden Center to look for jewelry I compare prices and different designs between all of the stores. When I first entered the store it's all smiles and a welcome face from the sales lady but as I leave the store to check with other stores, I always get a bitter unpleasant look from the sales lady. Now I never come to this store anymore because of the bad vibes I get they are generally overpriced anyways in comparison to the competition

In response to the other Yelp review, I didn't think they were geared towards an "Asian clientele." I thought they were pretty horrible all around, even to this Asian. First off, we had an appointment, but somehow they still made us wait in the lobby. I didn't see any other customers. Second, their inventory looked pretty trashy. For a budget of over 10k I would expect them to show us something more decent. They also pack on the "a la carte fees." You want us to clean your jewelry more than once in your life? Here are some extra fees. I always felt a sense that they "were trying to put one over me." They insisted that a jewel was in really good shape, but even with my naked eye, I could see occlusions. I didn't like the customer service from the receptionist, I didn't like the inventory, I didn't like their unkept location, there's really nothing that I liked about this establishment.

It was the most unpleasant experience when I walked into this store. The lady worked there was so rude and not helpful at all. My boyfriend and I went there to look for engagement diamond, and she would not let me see the diamonds because she afraid that they would drop on the floor. She said 1 carat is about $13,000 and then she stared at me, as if I don't have enough money to buy it. On top of it, she added " it's $13,000, is that price ok? " if not then she won't even pull out the diamonds. I felt very disrespected and so we left, says no more

Pros: Detail oriented. Cons: Geared towards the Asian clientele = limited selection on western jewelry & designs.
