Needed an emissions inspection but staff was rude and disorganized. I went down the street to Ben Nielsen's instead and had a much better experience.

Horrible attention
They couldn't change the cabin filter and to make matters worse they deprogrammed the acceleration.

Used my debit card here two days ago, almost never use my debit card. Got multiple fraudulent charges today on my card including one from the same shell station, and the rest within a 5 mile radius. Don’t get gas here.

My car tank is 14 gallon max .When I went to get gas I wasn't empty. I had about 67 mile left. Idk how I get charge with almost 14 gallons. They must have tempered the pump.I would never coming back.

Customer service was horrible. I watched 5 bodies perform a 5 minute job. The guy #1 going to retrieve another, until we come across guy #5. The only one who performed the job was guy #5, while guys #1 - #4 sat & watched idly by.

21.50 for Marlboro cigarettes no joke. The woman who worked tonight is pocketing cash Nov 11th at 1030pm she should be fired and this banch will be getting a call from Corporate tomorrow about a complain of improper use of the Shell co.

I'm pretty sure they are skimming. I filled my tank here, and it went passed 16 gallons....my car holds 15.5 Gallons, and it didn't even fill my tank completely. Low prices like this are too good to be true. Will not return.
