The worst car wash ever don’t go the machine is not functioning and the people are washing cars manually, they’re super rude yelling on their customers. They don’t speak English horrible experience. Simply they ruined my day.

Do Not Use this carwash. Machine malfunctions. Damaged my car as well as knocked the tag piece off a customer after me. The vacuums smell very rank. The staff are disrespectful at least and racist at worst. When I went inside to explain that the machine was malfunctioning they laughed at me admitted they so on the camera that the car in front of me couldn’t move and yet the machine kept turning on/off making my vehicle move. I requested they simply fix the tag damage on the front of my vehicle and refund me for the car wash ( my vehicle was covered with suds) they kept attempting to blame the vehicle in front of me. Yelled at me, laughed at me, told me take my black a** back to Africa and my piece of s*** a** vehicle. I wasn’t being unreasonable in my simple request. The manager threatened me, lunged at me and continuously made racial remarks. I was shaken and anguished so the police got involved. I got my refund but I was affected the rest of the day in disbelief that they did this. On top of all that I had generously tipped the attendant. I will never tip in advance again.

To expensive. The people inside are rude. I come here because is urgent that I need gas, but I don't want coming here never.

Very busy spot, pulled in on a Sunday afternoon and there were quite a few cars in line, plus some that were before or after their wash either prepping their cars or finishing them. You get in line that loops around the back of the store; it's a single file line and once you get in it you're stuck. I get within 3 cars of the front and the attendant runs down the line gathering credit cards and asking what wash people want. I was uneasy with this right away, I don't like surrendering my credit card without maintaining a visual. I get through the wash and pull over in the parking lot to see how it turned out, it was horrible, an absolute waste of money, all the dirt was still there plus the soap as the rinse mode didn't get rid of anything. Worse yet the brushes ended up scratching my car, guessing they're very used and abused and/or have dirt buildup lodged in there that scratched my car. The only reason I even went there was to prep my car to be traded in, instead after wasting $14 it came out looking worse. And my apprehension with giving up my credit card was legit, within 2 days fraudulent charges appeared on my card. I can't say it was definitely somebody working the car wash, but I wasn't anywhere else locally in the surrounding days and this was the first time my card has been comprised in over 5 years.

Great local car wash! One of the last around, given the Mr. Wash Monopoly in the area. I discovered this place because Mr. Wash started forcing customers to provide their email and address just to get a $30 car wash. Here it was $15, and much faster without the hassle.

Yesterday, November 19/2023, I took my vehicle to the car wash. When I left the car wash, I realized that my vehicle was scratched all around caused by the washing machine. I approached me politely to inform them of the problem and they did not pay enough attention to me. Much less did they give me a solution, so by this means I do not recommend car washing in vehicles that have good quality paint, since they do not supervise their machines.He considered that in the event of any problem, a solution must be found for the client.

Quick and a good wash. There is a tip jar upon entrance. staff seemed interested in doing a good job. Good alternative to the Mr. Wash monthly subscription that sent me looking for an alternative

They sprayed me with water through my open window at the car wash, then I paid $14 for a horrible wash. I think my car is dirtier now than before. Would not recommend. :(

I used my giant points and it showed my giant points at first 70 cents per gallon. The person at the register said it didnt show and cancelled my transaction. Then had me re-enter my number and my points were taken and didn't show up. I informed them I have a long 5hour drive and I was informed it may show up or it maybe gone. No adjustment or alternative I even showed them the app with the amount of 60 cents that was supposed to be taken off in addition to the 10 cents. Please have my points reverted back to me.

I give it only one star because the system imposes it on me, not because I want to, because if it's up to me, I wouldn't give it a star. gas price is extremely expensive, car wash is extremely expensive. I came to gas up to see if the prices had improved and to wash my car again because I wanted to know if the service had improved, to use their services again, but I see that their price increased and the quality of the service decreased... upon entering the car wash before for whatever wash price I chose they would pour water on my car before entering the car wash. this time they didn't and when I went back to ask why there wasn't, they told me that I chose the cheapest option and that's why they didn't. I prefer to pay 25 dollars every three months to wash my car as many times as I want at the car wash that is a block away on Columbia pike. So if you want good treatment and excellent service whenever you want and at an affordable cost, change to another gas station or to another car wash.
