This company's machine beeps every 20 minutes. (It beeps very often.) That makes me very irritated. Even if I tell them about the problem, they don't fix it. Other companies' products beep every hour, but compared to this company's product, this company's product rings too much. But the staff was friendly, so I gave it 2 stars.

Good team of guys working here. They made sure I left knowing everything that I need to know about the device. Ron is really thorough. I feel confident about what to do moving forward. My first calibration is scheduled for next month.

Chris Brown, at the Smart Start Falls Church is very customer friendly, he can answer all my questions and fix’s all my problems. Noah is new to smart start, but is becoming a excellent tech. So they get 5 stars in my book.

I agree with the other guy who wrote a review, but there should be more people like Chris in service jobs. He is accommodating, friendly, very professional and calls me Mr. Catan. SS better pay him well he’s one of a kind and we all know great help is hard to find. Keep up the great work, Chris!!
