In my neighborhood, and a good size Target that is always clean, bright and the music makes me want to skip down the aisles as I shop. It's just a pleasant environment. I buy a variety of items there and can't remember not finding what I want.

I ordered multiple items for pickup and on their website it said they were in stock but when I was on my way to get the items it said they were out of stock on my order. Two targets in a row bruh. targets suck

I was literally in the middle of juicing and my juicer stopped working. I ordered one for pick up and Sara went above and beyond to get it for me quickly. Now I can get back to juicing before my fruits and veggies spoil.??? Thanks so much Sara!

This location can be hit or miss. When it comes to finding items that are on their website or can usually be found at other locations, they are more likely to not have it when compared to those other locations. The staff has always been nice though, and I usually don't have issues if I need to ask them for help.

Buckie helped me today at the service desk. I had items from two different orders to return and some of them were wrong items from pick-up order from the same location (one star down) and wrong items from delivery. Headache ? but she did well! one by one sorting clothes of what was “not fitting” and what was “wrong item”
Also glad to see store clean and organized

They try to trick you to pay for a minimum purchase to avoid paying for parking however it's still free within a certain time frame but the sign says 0 to 2 hours is minimum $2 you receive a parking voucher with no purpose up until that point which is misleading misinformative and predatory I don't suggest going to this target

This is my 2nd time in this store w all the self checkouts closed. I was here last week and I was told by the security guards, the self check out we're closed due to extreme amounts of theft. I ended up leaving because the lines were too long. Today as I walk in just to pick up a few quick items same issue is persisting so I asked the store manager, Matt (since he was standing doing nothing) why the self checkouts were closed essentially his response is if he saw the need for the lines to be open and he would open them as I look toward the cashiers all I saw lines of individuals waiting to be checked out. So I asked him if this was a new target store policy that all target stores are following he said yes and then properly said no he doesn't know what the other stores are doing and "I heard wrong". As I informed him I didn't hear in wrong. I wished him well and left because I was not interested in arguing with him as he tried to do with me. The same Three employees still standing around 20 mins later. But there are lines at the register and no self checkouts open!? Between the parking and the store management and poor black history book display in the VERY BACK OF THE STORE ON BLACK HISTORY MONTH. It is not labeled at all. so you're inconveniencing paying customers because target as a company has a high theft rate that will be written off at the end of the year... & your not doing anything to accommodate black authors during black history month? Lmao this particular target is a hot mess. Just go to the Potomac yard one.
