Went to Somerville Bath & Kitchen since we were stuck trying to pick the final pieces (faucets, shower head, toilet, etc.,) for our bathroom renovation. Tim Mason took the time, several hours, to help us pick everything and try to match the colors for what we already had in-hand for the renovation. He seriously was a life saver. We ordered everything through him and he kept us updated when the products would arrive. Everything arrived right on time ahead of or on demo day. Couldn't speak more highly of the company and Tim.

Timothy Mason was helpful, pleasant, and thorough. All very much appreciated. Services was good, delivery was drama-free and prices were competitive. We met with a few people for help with our master bath remodel and Tim was the only one who explained functionality, showed us around the showroom and always responded to our questions in a timely manner. Recommend! …and I don’t normally do reviews unless I have something negative to say. Thank you, Tim!

Walked in today. Two staff in the store. No other customers. Neither staff person could be bothered to greet me or ask if I needed help. Walked the whole store. Not a word. So I left.

This place is amazing. I went to so many places and come out more confused than before, until I met Tim Mason at Somerville. What an amazing salesperson and a complete gentleman!! He spent hours helping me out and by the time I got out of there my four bathrooms were completely done. He did more then any contractor I spoke to or any other stores and warehouses I visited. He gives you his undivided attention and never rushes you. I have told so many people about this place, hope everyone there is as amazing as Tim. I am extremely grateful for his professionalism and patience.

I called the showroom looking for items for a customer, I coulnt find them anywhere else and Rebecca assisted me with the selection over the phone and checked lead times. I was grateful that I didnt have to make the drive over being that im 1 hour away from the store and I received all of my items within a week. You saved my job Rebecca!! Very polite and professional..your awesome! Will do business with her again for my next project.

To replace a defective cartridge in our master bath shower, I needed to find a particular brand of Moen valve trim that would work with this older model cartridge. What made the search more difficult was trying to find the valve trim in either bright brass or brushed gold so as to coordinate with our existing bathroom hardware. All the usual suspects -- Home Depot, Lowe's, Ferguson's -- did not carry what I needed, so in a last ditch attempt I tried Sommerville, which I had never used before. Eddie Robertson of their Falls Church, VA, store was great -- he quickly responded to my E-mail, found what I needed, and handled the ordering and payment for it. I couldn't ask for better service.

I had the good fortune to work with Tim when I had to get a new kitchen faucet in two days! He was extremely efficient about the brands that would work for me and how quickly they could be shipped ! He made it so easy to get the job done. I will go back to Tim first when I start a new project!

Tim was great to deal with. When we found out the faucet would not fit, he immediately found another one at a very good price...below any web prices and made arrangement for return. You don't find service like that anymore...I would do business with Tim again and again. Thank you.

Edwin is wonderful! I am starting the process of a bathroom renovation and needed to price items that my favored contractor did not include in his bid so that I could compare his with the three other bids I have already gotten from more full-service companies. Eddie has professional experience doing renovations and spent over an hour with me looking at tubs, fixtures, and tiles explaining what the differences were and where I could potentially save money while still maintaining quality. The showroom even has a tub that can be filled so that the jets run. Thomas Somerville in Falls Church is well worth a visit if you are starting a renovation project.

Just left the Summerville showroom and had the best experience. Tim helped us find the bathtub that we needed. He we as extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining and answered all our questions. I recommend you come here for all your bathroom and kitchen remodels no matter your price point.

I have used Somerville Bath & Kitchen for two bathroom renovations and highly recommend them. The staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. All their products are high quality and have fantastic warranty service. I'd like to give a shout out to Eddie Robertson as he was so helpful in our second renovation. We special ordered a BainUltra tub which we realized later would not work for the space. Eddie was able to waive the 20% restocking fee which saved us so much money. Their tubs are beautiful, but expensive. I'm just sad we couldn't get the tub in the end... but so thankful to Eddie for negotiating for us!

Amazing place for Huntington Brass faucets which look and feel expensive but we were able to get a great price.
