I've been going to Susana Hurtado for my hair for a while now, and she never disappoints. She’s not only incredibly skilled, but also attentive to what I want and always offers helpful suggestions that make my hair look even better than I imagined. Whether it's a cut, color, or style, I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. She's professional, kind, and truly passionate about her work. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and reliable stylist!

Racial profiling. If you’re going to follow me around the store and make me feel like a thief at least greet me like a human being. I see many reviews about the racial profiling at this location and yet years later and it’s still happening??? And please social media PR don’t reply with a generic message template about how you’ll report to management, it’s clear you don’t care when it’s been happening for years. Please if you’re a POC take your business elsewhere. We deserve to shop just like everyone else without being treated this way.

I spent years in the DMV trying to find a good hair stylist. After many unfortunate experiences, I found the wonderful Susana H. here at Ulta. She is meticulous, knowledgeable, and experienced, and I’m very glad to have found her!! My hair always looks incredible when leaving her chair, and she has found a way to blend color so naturally. Cannot recommend Susana as a stylist enough!

Nothing against Ulta particularly but someone fraudulently purchased in store beauty items at this store with my account on the 16th. It’s been escalated and reported as fraud. Keep an eye on your accounts. I don’t live near falls church.

Rose does an excellent job at the Benefit Brow Bar. She is warm, friendly, and a true artist. I don’t trust my eyebrows with anyone else!

I cannot recommend this place. Front desk staff (dark skin, short, Hispanic lady with curly hair) and manager lack professionalism.
I came in here today to pick up my very first web other, the Hispanic young lady at the front, is banging her pencil because she doesn’t want to work. I leave to call customer service, still no one has answered my question, I come back in to talk to the manager and she’s an enabler. Plus my web other looks used. I don’t know why people lack professional or why Ulta allows these types of individuals to work at their location. Needless to say, there’s Sephora and other cosmetics companies, that’s where I’m going. Ladies and gentlemen, please save yourself the aggravation and don’t come here!

I don’t even know where to begin. The customer service at this Ulta Beauty location was nonexistent. I understand it’s holiday and Sunday it was Memorial Day weekends. Employees were either too busy chatting with each other or completely ignoring customers. I asked for help finding a product, and the person I approached looked annoyed that I interrupted her. No one seemed to know where anything was, and when I finally found what I was looking for, the shelf was dusty and half the items were opened or used.

I have been going to Susana at the salon for four years now and she is by far the best hair stylist I have ever had! At my first appointment with her I asked her about how to manage curly hair and she taught me everything I needed to know (from products to how to wash and style it). Her knowledgeable directions were so helpful that here I am four years later still following her guidance and now loving my curls! She also does my highlights every appointment and they always turn out perfect! She knows what I want and need better than I do! Beyond her professional talent, she is a joy to talk to and our appointments are always so enjoyable. Plus, ulta prices are some of the best I have found! If you are looking for a new hair stylist, Susana is who you should go to!

Very professional, I could never go wrong with this place. They have a no tester policy but if you purchase it and don’t like it you can return used products. I was confused about certain shades, I purchased them and tried it at home. I didn’t like it and was able to return them without any issue. They are very kind. I looked bomb at my event with the quality makeup they dispense here. Makes me feel pretty. Continue being amazing! :)
