You can sometimes find some gems here, but it’s really hit or miss (most of the time I walk away empty handed). Also, they no longer have dressing rooms.

Do not buy any boxes that are wrapped in tape or sealed inside plastic bags. It looks like they’re just trying to keep things together, but in reality those boxes are often missing the most important parts or they’re completely empty.
The worst part? There are no refunds, and you only find that out after you’ve paid, because it’s printed on the receipt. There are no signs at the registers, and nothing in the self-checkout area to let you know ahead of time.
I’m really disappointed. There’s a big difference between a customers changing their mind and a store knowingly selling sealed boxes that can’t be checked and then refusing returns.
I shop thrift all the time and usually expect a mix of good and bad finds, but this felt like a real scam. I won’t be buying any sealed items from them again, and I hope this helps someone avoid the same experience.

I use to love this place in high school and still love how huge this place is. But now it’s so overpriced and crowded all the time. And today was the last straw, was going through kids clothes and saw a GIANT BUG crawling all over the clothes, absolutely disgusting, I don’t think I can come back again.

My go-to thrifting spot. The selection is HUGE and the prices are generally fair. They've definitely gone up in recent years but unfortunately that's the case just about everywhere! I come away from every trip with multiple great finds, though, so I can't complain.

I’ve been going to Unique for over 10 years now and I’ve found some absolute gems here. The only problem is that I’ve noticed the prices continue to rise, now most things being as expensive, if not more expensive, than buying something brand new. For an organization that receives donated goods and that preaches sustainability, prices at a thrift store should be ACCESSIBLE. So my tip is always go on either Monday (for everyone) or Thursday (for super savers club members) for the extra 25%. Really disappointed at how greedy this location has gotten but still giving it 4 stars because the selection is massive. Really hope they start price things more reasonably.

. Prices have risen tremendously, there is an Indian lady manager very rude and not flexible with the customer.after all it’s thrifts store you shouldn’t be hard on people. Veteran day you must show an ID senior citizen day you must show ID. No fitting room. And very tired merchandise.
