Overall, a very juvenile experience. This place is definitely not minority friendly. The worst thing you could ever do is take a picture of your customers, and then laugh at them with other customers. As a AfricanAmerican, I did not have a good experience here. I will be complaining to corporate.

Don’t come here for Amazon return. You will end up buy a tape here for your boxes to seal it.Which other stores always do that. That’s the first time I ever have this problem since being an Amazon member for over 5 years.

Amazing store with incredible employees! Especially Elijah. I had a complete brain fog and forgot to seal my package when I came to drop it off. It was a package of medical supplies and other super important items. I called and not only was Elijah incredibly friendly but also extremely helpful! I can not say thank you enough!

Reliable. Many people at the counter to help. Clean store. Notary. They are a services business, and they charge for their services. For many people, the price is worth it because it saves them time.

My family was helped today by a wonderful gentleman named Elijah who was the notary public at the UPS Store located at the West End Plaza in Falls Church, Virginia. Elijah and his two coworkers are outstanding professionals who provided excellent customer service to all customers who entered the store. I recommend this UPS Store very highly. It is run by intelligent, responsible, and caring people who take pride in their profession. I am very impressed by everyone who works at this UPS Store. Our needs were taken care of 100% with great satisfaction. The City of Falls Church is lucky to have you all working here! Many thanks ?

The clerk did not told me the price before the service, i print A4 size black and white print paper , I paid 3.99 plus taxes 4.23 , they are overcharging I always use Ups to print and I paid 2 almost 2.50 for the first page ! then the rest are less then that. Be careful with this store. when i ask him he say that is the price.

This Falls Church location is top tier. Services are swift and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Alex has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions with my various requests.The experience is so pleasant thanks to how this store is run and all who work there.

The UPS store in Falls Church store is wonderful! I went in on a busy Saturday afternoon and got in and out quickly. The folks that were working that day (Brett) was helpful, professional, and quick which are important attributes to have in that type of store. Keep up the great service!

DO NOT BUY STAMPS HERE! I had an awful experience here because of the manager. I went into the store to make some Amazon returns, and the manager asked if I'd like some stamps. I did need quite a lot so and said ok. The manager rang up the stamps, and the final price appeared on the screen. I thought the price seemed awfully high for stamps, but at that point my 8 week old infant was screaming in the stroller and there were people behind me in line. I thought I did the right thing by quickly finishing the transaction and stepping outside to comfort my infant and more closely examine the receipt so they could wait on the people behind me. It turns out UPS charges an extra fee for stamps, and the manager did not mention that to me nor was there any indication they could not be returned. When I went back into the store moments later, the manager refused to allow me to return the stamps, despite being fully aware of the above circumstances! If I knew I would be paying almost $50 more than face value for USPS stamps I certainly would not have purchased them here! I literally walked right by a USPS store where I could have (and would have!) bought them for face value! After speaking with UPS corporate, I learned the store is able to accept them as a return, this manager just wouldn't allow it. Shame on him. Beware buying stamps here!
