I am not the person who likes to give out bad energy but this location was unacceptable. Me and my brother dropped off 2 packages and both of them still showed drop off at the location with out moving after a week. If it was just about my package, i could understand it was lost. But both me and my bro packages was definitely stolen. Never I would waste my time to drop off here and have to file a claim for investigation anymore.

If i had the option for zero stars, thats what I'd give. Had a terrible experience at this store. Tried to return something, my box just needed tape, the counter specialist named Brian kept insisting I buy tape for 2$ and was dismmive in trying to help and he had a terrible attitude.I am not paying $2 for 2in of tape. I have been to numerous ups stores never had an issue as matter fact sometimes I would bring the items to return without any packages, never a word. But this specific location needs new employees and management needs to train them to be respectful towards customers. Avoid this location at all costs

This UPS Store has been incredibly unreliable when it comes to notary services. Despite visiting three separate times during their posted staffed hours, we were never able to get documents notarized.
• The first time, we arrived around 2pm and the notary told us they were “done for the day,” closed their binder, and walked away.
• The second time, we were told they were out to lunch—at 3pm.
• The third and final time, we called ahead and were assured the notary would be there until 5pm. We showed up at 3:30pm only to find out they had already left for the day again.
This level of inconsistency is frustrating and a complete waste of time. If you need something notarized, I’d recommend going literally anywhere else.

They won't let you use there tape. I take my ups store for granted. I will never go to another store again. Main street is the best store.

You can’t upload or send your documents to an email address and have it printed out like FedEx or Staples. You have to rent their computer with an additional fee.

Every other location i go to, they never ask me to pay for a tape. But this location always asks me to pay 6$ for just tape. Today was my last time visiting this location. They are just losing customers to make a profit from just tapes.

I have maintained many different UPS boxes throughout my life as I’ve moved around the U.S., but I have enjoyed an EXCEPTIONALLY SUPER experience with the UPS Store in Yorktowne Plaza in Falls Church, VA! Even though the store is normally pretty busy, employees there ALWAYS greet me with a smile when I arrive, and the staff all competently offer service. It’s obvious that employees at this location actually CARE about their customers--increasingly rare today(!) Just this week, Ashton had the presence-of-mind to actually come-out from behind the counter in order to help me carry packages to my car so that I wouldn’t have to make multiple trips back-and-forth. Ashton certainly demonstrates the type of competence and customer attention that is characteristic of the staff at Yorktowne Plaza UPS Store. KUDOS to Yorktowne Plaza UPS for having smart and caring staff like Ashton!

Today the person working there was very helpful when i was in a rush, meanwhile dealing kindly with a customer who felt the print quality was poor. I was there before and witnessed the staff being very professional with a beligerent customer who had accidentally ahredded the wrong document and wanted to blame them. I can only give 4 stars because the place is cramped and only has 2 printers, but it works in a pinch and the staff is terrific

I brought a package to this location but didn’t tape the return label. I asked the guy if I could borrow some tape to put the label on and he said I needed to spend $5 to buy the tape.
