I would like to express my recent poor experience at this store.This morning, I returned three nail polishes for my daughter as they were unused and within the store's specified return timeframe. However, my experience was marred by what I perceived as an unwelcoming attitude from the owner.During the transaction, the owner made two comments that I found to be ignorant and reflective of poor business acumen. Firstly, he suggested I advise my daughter not to purchase and return nail polishes, asserting that "he didn't pick them out for her, she did." It's important to note that the products were unused and compliant with the store's stated return policy, as indicated on the receipt.Secondly, I was informed that returning products in the morning is discouraged because "Chinese people don't like returns in the morning." Regardless of any cultural beliefs or superstitions, conveying such information to a customer is unacceptable. I checked the store and website for any signs of this policy but found none. It's crucial to emphasize that cultural generalizations are inappropriate, especially in a diverse country like America. (Note: I am Chinese myself.)If the owner strongly believes in specific return practices, it would be beneficial to update the store's return policy accordingly. Furthermore, considering the cultural diversity of customers, it's essential to refrain from making assumptions based on ethnicity.I sincerely hope that my experience is an isolated incident, and that others won't be treated similarly. My intention in sharing this feedback is not to harm your business but to encourage positive changes and better customer relations.

Good shop overall so I'll give a 3.5 rounded up. There are a lot of products at a reasonable price. Personally won't return because I wanted to try some chrome on my nails and I was told to just order the tool from Amazon. Defeats the whole purpose of going to the supply shop!

I did nail gel design. It was so expensive and it didn't even last a week.All of them are chipping! Terrible.Didn't worth my time energy and monetary value I put into this!One of my nails the whole thing came out.Not coming back here.

Bad customer service, so rub and mean I came for acetone box they said they did not sale only acetone. Stupid business.

ngl after reading the reviews I was scared of going into the shop but I'm glad I did!!! I looked around the shop for a hot min before asking the guy up front some thing. not only did he make me feel welcomed but he answered all my dumb questions and showed me videos explaining processes. the prices seem like normal nail supply prices to me so idk why everyone is so mad! they gained a loyal customer today

I go here almost weekly after my nail class. They definitely have the most variety out of any of the other mail supply stores I have been to. The ladies behind the counter also are very helpful with whatever I need especially since I am still learning.

Worst experience ever. I went for the first time to look around and maybe find something I like. Only plus side they had Kiara sky products. 1st thing nothing is priced. 2nd the girls and guys that work there are not welcoming they just look you up and down. Unless you are a frequent customer they don’t talk you. I’m Hispanic and all could here is the girls talk smack about the owners or managers. Very bad experience. I’ll stick to online shopping for my supplies.

No one wants to help, so many people passed me by and they said nothing. A CUSTOMER got someone to finally help me. Yeah they have a lot of stuff. It’s extremely small too.

This store has great selection of everything. As someone who does her own nails, I find everything I need here.It is crowded and there is a lot going on, but I have not found a place with that much variety and good prices. Downside: the only person who speaks good english is the store owner. The staff can barely speak it, so I can never get any help from them. It is hard asking for prices, if they have something avaiable etc because nobody can understand me.

This place have the WORST customer service. A guy name Jimmy would not try to work with me in returning an item from the SAME dealership. I bought a facial bed from Whale Spa and talked to the CEO about returning an item. He gave me the option to have it returned to Skyline in Falls Church that way I wouldn’t have to pay shipping fees. Meanwhile, I live in Pittsburgh so it’s a 4 hour drive. He was being super nasty about why did I return it to him if I didn’t purchase it from him. The other workers were really nice and told me it’s ok to leave it here bc they are from the same dealer. I’m not sure this man is the manager or not but he really needs to learn some manners talking to his customers. Overall, I had the worst experience here and can tell you I will NEVER support their business from here on out.
