The worst Post office in NOVA. Rude, dismissive, not helpful, not friendly, not informative staff. All have a bad attitude- with the exception of the guy who does passports. The wait times are soooo long, often with a single windows open.

Extremely poor service at the USPS location on Leesburg Pike in Falls Church. Staff member Juwon was rude, unprofessional, and rushed us without offering any proper assistance. He gave us barely a few minutes to complete the form and refused to help with photos. The supervisor showed no concern or willingness to help either. Went to another USPS nearby and had a completely different, positive experience. This location seriously needs better customer service training.

Had a terrible experience at this USPS (6021 Leesburg Pike) on July 16. Staff member Juwon was rude and unhelpful during our newborn’s passport appointment. He rushed us, gave no time to fill out the form, and refused to take photos. When we spoke to the supervisor, she showed no concern. We went to another USPS the same day and were treated kindly. This location needs serious management attention.

I did an adress change couple of times and one in person. They kept loosing my information. To follow up with my earlier complaint, someone named Russell left vm. I called back. Russell was rude, belligerent, abusive and threatening. I asked for his manager, he refused and hang up on me after yelling. Recorded him within my legal rights and he is aware I would take further action.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Had a passport appointment for a month for my two infants on a Saturday and they cancel 2 hours before the appointment and say come in Monday. No, Monday doesn't work I made an appointment a month out on a Saturday for a reason! Tried three times to call and they no answers. Horrible.

Been going here since the 80s and it's not a bad little post office... can get pretty busy but the line gets worked thru pretty quick.

I went to the post office just to ask a simple question, the only nice and professional young man was very busy, he ask someone else to help me but the guy was on his phone watching videos didn’t have the time to assist me, then he ask an older lady to help me she went off on him and start to scream very loud, she was very rude i told him not to worry about it the worst customer service, if she don’t like her job assistant customers she is in the wrong business, rude, loud and unprofessional.

Lady in the front serving me was really rude and didn’t have patience I felt like I was jst getting scream at and not getting help at all she even snatch the package out of my hand I feel like this usps is not a good place if this is a government ups why is it treats us like we don’t matter may someone see this and come check it out thank you for your time and the line number I was in was 9

I recommend avoiding paying for international shipping. I paid $85 on November 12 and have been waiting for four weeks, but my package still hasn't arrived. When I contacted the staff to inquire about it, they said they had no information. The tracking number provided is useless outside the country, and the package insurance I found online turned out to be ineffective. I feel scammed after spending my time and money, only to still be waiting a month later. This experience is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
