Danielle was very nice and helpful during my passport appointment. She was very knowledgeable of all steps of the process and created my first positive experience at a post office in my life. While I was there, I noticed that Noel and the other employee (I didn’t see his name) in the post office also sounded very pleasant and helpful while servicing other customers. Overall, this post office seemed very clean, organized and everyone there seemed to have positive energy and attitude. I could feel the good energy right from the door. I was looking a little bit confused when I entered and Noel immediately noticed and orientated me even though he was servicing other customer and there was a line of people waiting to be serviced. This is the first time I actually walk in a post office where the employees are attentive and not rude, grumpy or unhelpful. I was impressed, and decided to always use this post office in future even though it’s a little longer trip for me. I truly hope these employees are appreciated, treated and paid well, so we can have some nice people at the post office for a change.

To the postal service associate working the front desk on the afternoon of Saturday Jan 20th - thank you. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name, but you were so kind and understanding when I asked if I could get my wedding invitations hand-canceled and you agreed - I know it’s not a fun undertaking. I expected to have to go to many more locations than I did and possibly not succeed at all. You really made my day and honestly week/month, and took a huge weight off my shoulders finally getting them mailed. I think you also have a magic touch because they started getting delivered locally less than 48 hours later when I expected a 5 day minimum.I just wanted to make sure to share my thanks. Terrible service. They never answer the phone and I don’t know why cause I call in the morning and a few hours before they close never answer.

We've had a pending work order to repair one of the locks at our property that has gone unattended for over 2 weeks now. In the meantime, our residents are unable to receive to their mail, and were directed to retrieve it from this post office directly. Our residents reported that they've had to wait 45+ mins to retrieve their mail which they've also reported has just been 'thrown in the back' with no organization. They are very concerned their mail could be lost as a result of this. We've made countless attempts at phone calls which go unanswered, as well as countless in person visits to expedite this repair. We are met with the same response each time, 'your work order is on a waiting list and will be tended to in the exact order in which they were received'. They provided us with a timeline on when to expect the repair to be completed and we have well exceeded this time frame with little to no information so we can update our residents accordingly.

I came here to pick up a package. I called before and spoke to someone they told me I was able to pick up my package. I came on my lunch to get turns out when I get there they tell me it’s not there and still out. I spoke to someone and they just said it wasn’t there even after I told them I was told I could. whatever miscommunication they have , they need to fix giving people two different answers wasting their time

I went here to send some package. I ask this african american guy on what I should do and he was being rude already. I packed the box and we put it on the other side because that table was bigger and he being rude on why we put it there, when we put it on his table he got the box broken because of his tape on the counter, there was a huge hole in the box. He was really rude and I don't recommend this place if you are a first timer. This happened Sept 25 Monday at 3:20 pm

The Asian lady clerk at the counter was so rude to me when I went to mail the package this aftrenoon eventhough I was nicely asking her where to put the package to ship. Also heard dis-respect talking loudly like yelling to other customer as well. No star should be given to this PO.

Cashier has 0 respect for her customers. I was next to my dad while she was talking to him so poorly, I felt the need to speak up but I didn’t. She has no customer service skills and I don’t know why she isn’t fired with all these horrendous reviews. All in all do NOT come to this place for whatever reason you may have go find another branch else where.

I took a day off My job to get my passport work done with my kids, we went in this place and we were greeted very poorly and the lady in front were talking to us so disrespectfully we eventually went back home because it wasn't possible to get any work done with this lady. She wasted me and my family's time. if it was possible, I'd give this place 0 stars, but dont ever consider coming to this place.

Steer clear of this post office. It's filled with incompetent employees. I brought in an item and a QR code for a pre-paid shipping label to ship out a Poshmark order for the first time, and asked if there was a difference in envelopes to use. I was told by one employee that all the envelopes were the same, and that there was no difference in price. I packaged my item, and had the employee scan and print my label before I sealed my envelope. I asked again if I was using the correct packaging that matched my shipping label. I was told yes. Then, after I sealed the package, he scanned my envelope and charged me for the envelope, claiming that my shipping label is only pre-paid for priority mail and I didn't have a priority mail envelope!
