Jovan at the front desk is wonderful, he helped me out a lot. And when a trash can was on fire outside, he jumped into action looking for a fire extinguisher, which that location didn’t seem to be supplied with. But I could tell if he did have one there, he would’ve saved the day. USPS better put some fire extinguishers in! Either way Jovan cares and he deserves a raise.

The one person who works the front is hardworking and kind. Sad, she does not get enough help. She deserve the highest recognition for working a stressful busy job with limited resources.

The nice woman who usually works here always showed up on time. But whenever she is out, her replacements cannot seem to show up to work on time. Two days this week, the post office was not open for business until 8:50. If they can’t open at 8:30 like they are supposed to, they should just change their hours.

Sign says 8:30a & a line has formed. Then at 8:45a, an employee shows up & says “it’s gonna take 10min. for me to set up.”…….. How about we change that sign to 9am? Might prevent a few headaches that way ??♂️???

Starting in roughly the first day of 2023 the lobby is closed when the associated retail location is closed. Access to the store to the post office that is is through the lobby. The Post Office boxes are accessible only in the lobby when it is open. This was done because homeless people were sleeping in the lobby overnight. There is no shelter for single people in the neighborhood. However there is a family shelter on the corner of Patrick Henry and Leesburg Pike

My experiences have been mixed. There are some quick, efficient and enthusiastic-to-help employees. But, there is one woman who literally types in addresses with a pencil tip. She is slow, and while that can be forgivable, she is inaccurate.? It makes for a disappointing experience .

Second time my package been lost , I use priority mail box and I package at the store in front of the lady cashier a designer women shoes , and I tried to track online but it look like my package still at the store.
