I do not know if it's new or not but arriving at 2.30 pm I had to wait 15 minutes because it was closed. The sign said closed for lunch from 1.45 to 2.45pm. I had previously a good experience with the African American lady named Patti if I'm not mistaken but the Asian lady is seriously very rude. Second or third time she does exactly the same thing, touching the enveloppe like I'm trying to send something illegal. I explained to her that the card needs extra postage otherwise I would put stamps. She cuts you off and get offended then she threw the card in the bin like I insulted her, threw my receipt and without looking at me told the next customer NEXT. Unbelievable. I will not go back there.

I had a good experience here. The clerk was very nice and helpful. They had everything I needed to mail a letter promptly.
The store is clean and decently stocked.
Wheelchair and assisted mobility friendly.
Plenty of parking. Easy in, easy out.

Terrible experience! The staff speak English but they mumble and don’t explain anything while they take apart my packaging. They insist I must use a different box but don’t explain why. And then they won’t even dispose of the box they won’t let me use. This is why the USPS will disappear, next year Amazon can do my shipping!

This post office is hit or miss. Allison is great! She’s super friendly to everyone who comes in. I came in today and witnessed a postal worker named Pattie who was too preoccupied on a personal call on her cell phone to give anyone their time of day. A patron came in and was looking for pricing information. Pattie asked for the zip and when the patron said she had to look it up, Pattie rolled her eyes at the patron impatiently. My personal experience with Pattie was neither super pleasant nor negative but it certainly did not rub me the right way to see her treat someone else so rudely.

I ordered a package from Amazon and this location was to be the carrier. I was supposed to get my package by Sunday, but this carrier didn’t deliver my package because “the address I provided was incorrect.” I know I provided the correct address. I’ve ordered packages off of Amazon using my address several times.I would go to this place directly, but they close when I get off work, and they’re closed when I don’t work. On Monday, I tried to get in contact with them, but the number provided on the USPS website was incorrect. So I got into contact with a USPS agent, and they verified the address I provided on my package WAS correct, so I gave them my contact info so they could look into why the package wasn’t delivered. The agent never got back to me, so I was never told why my package was never delivered, but the package was delivered later that day.I shouldn't have to take so many steps just to get one small package. Avoid this location if you can. Or better yet, try to avoid using USPS when it comes to package deliveries.
