I got mocked by Beavis and Butt-head tellers. While cashing my check they seem to be making fun of my comment I made. I think one of the tellers name was Calvin. Unprofessional and rude.

At least there was a list. Was waiting and they helped a women and a white guys ahead of me when I was there before them. At least the other white customer deferred to me. Dare I call this branch racist. I guess my Asian money isn't as important as other people's money. Why is the 800 number people so nice and helpful while this branch is so terrible. And I agree with previous post, it was great when Wachovia. I too have been debating whether to pull all my business and personal account out. They also started charging a $14 service charge for an account above 50K for a 2 year old account. Bank of America, you may have a new competition as worst bank.......

I used to be (past tense that foreshadows this review) a loyal Wachovia customer since I was in high school. And Ms. Caroline Vasquez has always been and amazing representative here. Unfortunately, one day she was busy and I was given an appointment with someone else. I was a few seconds late but noticed that all of the representatives were busy. Even 25 minutes after my initial appointment, there was no in available to help me. The gentleman was then "unable to help" me with a very simple clerical request and I ended up having to threaten to close my account before someone else was able to help. I will definitely transfer to another bank who actually will respect me. I mean, isn't the bank technically borrowing MY money when I have it in savings? It's just such a shame because the location of this bank is so convenient.

1. It took 40 minutes to see a banker on a Saturday. There was only one name on the list ahead of me. Convenience is not a priority... 2. A male banker said hello to my husband twice but didn't acknowledge me. 3. Even after he was told that I was the person who would be dealing with him, he kept on focusing on my husband. 4. When I got into his office he asked me if we were together - I answered that my husband banks elsewhere and I was the person that had business there. 5. When I told him that I was there to do a wire, he answered that wires are not possible on Saturday. Added a very smug "no bank does". 6. Looked all over the website and in the bank - perhaps that information should be visible somewhere so that I don't have to spend an hour out of my day dealing with someone who gives the vibe that women shouldn't have bank accounts if they have a man in their life. 7. Interestingly, I called Wells Fargo to figure out how I could send a complaint directly to them as I didn't see the need to post my dissatisfaction publicly and was told I could write a letter. So, rather than write a letter, print it, put it in an envelope, get a stamp, go to the post office or to a mailbox and then send it to someone who probably wouldn't care anyway, this is my lazier (or more efficient - depending how you look at it) way of making it clear that the banker at this branch was rude, the service was slow, and I hope not to have to go back.
