Great Customer service, excellent communication and a quick turn around time. I had a sibling pass, and his memorial program wasn't complete until 72 hours prior to the funeral. I initially went to FedEx but decided to research local print shops. Welsh emailed me back right away, expressed condolences, and presented me with the different options based on the program design I sent. I am very happy I chose the recommended options for a larger full size program. Welsh Printing printed my brothers legacy beautifully, and I will continue to recommend them and going to them for all my printing needs

I contacted them about a specialized print job to duplicate a product that had been discontinued by the last company making it. I'd contacted the company and they said they were the last and they had no stocks left. It was a simple one-sheet job with two sides and the response I got back by e-mail from the owner was "I would not be interested in your projects". Just rude and unprofessional. And it looks like other reviews noted this as well. They don't remember, but I used them years ago for election door materials, but I'll be sure to let people know not to use them in the future. This was for a project to be mailed, so I guess they're useless for anyone who might want to use them for any direct mail work.

I arrived to Welsh Printing this morning at 7:33AM after researching and finding a printing facility that opened earlier than most (they open at 7:30AM and I needed some documents printed for my 8:00AM DMV appointment). I was disappointed when I was turned away and lied to by the man working in the store. I was told that 'he doesn't do that type of printing' and that 'all of the machines were tied up anyway'. Which one is it ? You don't offer document printing services despite your website advertising otherwise, or are your machines are tied up? I was the only one in the store having arrived only 3 minutes after opening hours. The man working here was rude, nasty and was on a phone call the whole time of our interaction and interacted with me as if I were interrupting his conversation (which I waited patiently and quietly to the side to speak with him). I hope this wasn't the manager or owner. Very poor customer service. What a disappointment.

Fantastic print shop. John and the whole team at Welsh Printing are amazing. They have consistently delivered a high quality product for us at an amazing rate, right on time or even early. After just a few minutes of conversation, you'll know that John has a long history in printing--he really knows his stuff.

Absolutely vile and unprofessional. Put my mother through the ringer after we were referred by St James Catholic Church to make the flyer for my father's funeral. As you can imagine this was a difficult situation, made much worse by the deeply disturbing conduct and professional incompetence of Welsh. Go anywhere else.
