Called to book an appointment and they said there was a time slot available for the next day. I said sounds great and prepped to have the car ready for them and had my employee on standby to have them come. It is important to note my schedule is not normal right now but they didn’t let me put my employees phone number for the service.
We are now an hour past the time and I did call to request a status but now they aren’t answering the phone. If your company provided a realistic timeframe which was adhered to, responded to phone calls, or had the tech reach out 4 hours ahead of time as requested so I could send him the information for the employee I wouldn’t have left this review.

Very unprofessional service.
I booked an appointment to have car done on my wife’s birthday, and they didn’t even bother to call when their tech didn’t show up.
I had to call and they ended up not able to provide another team to come.
I spoke to the owner, whom I explained the time window, he was trying to get someone to finish a six hour job for $400 in a two hour window, which is impossible.
Stay away from this company…run…
