“I have to give a shout out to Ginger, an employee at Cana, VA post office for going above and beyond to get my Priority Express package (medicine, without which i would've been in trouble) to me, after it appeared that it was going to be a whole day late. She managed to convince someone in Roanoke to personally drive the package to my mailbox that same day! Employees like these, who really care about their customers, are outstanding, in my opinion, and deserve to be recognized! Thanks Ginger!”

“New to the area. Everyone is kind and helpful. They did lose a package of mine. I believe it was put in wrong box and the person just kept it. I called company and they sent a replacement. Candy was my first impression of this office, and she was so patient and helpful with helping me set up a temporary box.”
