Customer service is a joke, lady called me after we went through the application online I explained our situation&asked if it would be better if we came into the store for the laptop I needed, she said yes! So we drove 30+ minutes to go. We get there and there is one person at the counter I asked if she was the lady I spoke with she said yes but she had to finish up with the couple that was there, we said sure we will look around, we walked around for about 40mins (mind you the couple had already left) she didn't call us over, come help us, I finally said ok I'll go back up there, just for her to tell me that they only had 2 lap tops available both WAYYY out of our price range (which is what we discussed on the phone) major disappointment and just wasted time!!!!

Walked in today to plan a big purchase, had them look at me, but did not speak to me at all, just ignored me like I wasn't there. Walked around the entire store and all they did was stay in their little office and laugh. Will not ever be back. If that's customer service they provide then I'm surprised they still have a business.

We are new to the neighborhood and wanted to see if they had reasonable prices for W/D's. The staff was amazing and we got a great deal. We got a used scratch and dent dryer for $85 after taxes and I used the lease for a high end washer. I love the cash option where you get a few months to pay interest free then if you don't pay it off you still have options with the number and length of payments. First time shopping here, will definitely use them again and check for more used scratch and dent amazing deals.

The CAM (ELLA) at this location has a nasty attitude. She told my elderly grandmother that she couldn't get an extension on her account unless she paid first, which she could not hence why she requested an extension. Then after giving her an extension she Insinuated that my grandmother was trying to steal by asking her for her address so she could mail some paperwork to her. Meaning taking legal action on an account that was only 14 days NR (Non-renewed/late) that is a violation of Aarons code of ethics. I called corporate on 7/27/21and nothing has been done today 8/2/21. Take your business elsewhere. Go to RENT A CENTER
