“Haley Toyota of FarmVille Rocks - Efficient, Courteous and Fair - I traveled 420 Miles - Flew In From Athens GA To RIC and Would Do It AgainI was in the market for a brand new Toyota Grand Highlander; they are new so they can be hard to find w/ specific colors and features and at a good price; Haley really delivered.My journey started w/ Taylor Carbone, the Internet Sales Manager, at Haley. From my 1st call to Taylor, she answered all my questions, confirmed colors and features, and w/in five minutes I had a finalized price along w/ vehicle spec sheet in hand; with other dealers, this literally takes hours to more than a day [I'm convinced, Taylor and the Haley Automall ARE THE FUTURE of the Industry... at least I hope so].While waiting for my Grand Highlander to delivered [it was built and on the way], Tyler, the GM at Haley, checked in periodically to give us updates, answer questions and keep everything on track!Once it arrived, I worked with Emma Vaugn, who is absolutely fabulous! I am from outside Farmville (420 Miles to be Exact), so Emma worked hard to ensure everything went smoothly for my arrival. She was even kind enough to pick me up when I flew into Richmond. She took me through all the details, answered questions, and literally took care of everything - she is absolutely wonderful - a true asset to Haley! If you get a chance, she might share a bit of her love for the equestrian.Finally, I wrapped up with Jeremy in Finance; he has a true passion for cars [ask about his restored Chevy truck]. In the end, I'm convinced Haley is the Future of the industry - fair, efficient, and a real pleasure to do business with. “If we could give Haley Auto Mall and the staff 10/10 stars, we would do it! The time had come when we knew we needed another vehicle, but we weren't exactly sure where we wanted to go. We drove by a few automobile dealers in the area. However, when we arrived at Haley Auto Mall, we knew that we were in the right place. Pulling into the parking lot, we wanted to speak to someone about a possible purchase. We happened to see a lady walking not too far from our direction. She saw us and paused, taking the time to help us get to the department we needed. We found out her name was Sharon, she greeted us with a kind smile. She, then, in a pleasant way, directed us where to go for our inquiries about a vehicle. In the sales department, our sales consultant, Izzy, was friendly and knowledgeable. She showed us the wide variety of vehicle options that were available. During the test drive, she highlighted the various features that were accessible in the vehicle as well as shared interesting data and facts about the vehicle, and answered any questions. The GM, Sales Manager and Trey were nice and helpful. Trey, who was very personable worked tirelessly to ensure that we received a great deal. The deal being one that met our needs and fit exactly what we wanted. Tyler, in the Financing department, who was also friendly, helped to secure financing through "crunching" and reviewing the numbers in the best and most effective way possible. After our purchase, but, before we left, Izzy did one more review of the key features concerning our new vehicle. Trey along with Izzy wanted to make sure that we knew about all of the "bells and whistles." Trey made certain that we had the corresponding App to our vehicle. He patiently saw to it that it was synched properly and walked us through it. They made certain that we were indeed satisfied with our purchase. Our overall experience at Haley was fantastic! Everyone in each department from Sales to Financing to Service and all others in between helped to ensure that we had a pleasant experience. We appreciate all of the staff who worked in helping us feel welcome including the Mascot, Harley who is a cute little French bulldog, belonging to GM Chris. “Just wanted to say their service department is top notch. Made an appointment online and dropped the car off a day early. Before I had even left I saw they were starting a diagnostic. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and didn't try to upsell anything. Jason was very clear and concise in telling me the issues they found and recommendations. He didn't push me when I said no to one of the recommended things. I typically wrench in my own cars and am very skeptical about anyone else working on my cars. They did a great job and I'll use them again the next time I can't do something myself.”
