“Took my 2024 GMC terrain to have several things repaired/ replaced. I talked with Richard, service manager, and he was pleasant and very accommodating to schedule an appointment. Robert, the technician, told me exactly what the problems were and they had to order the parts. The parts were ordered and delivered to the dealer very quickly. I immediately contacted Richard and set up another appointment to have the parts installed. Once again, Robert installed all the parts while I waited. Robert is very meticulous about his work, therefore my car was repaired correctly.”

“Just wanted to say their service department is top notch. Made an appointment online and dropped the car off a day early. Before I had even left I saw they were starting a diagnostic. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and didn't try to upsell anything. Jason was very clear and concise in telling me the issues they found and recommendations. He didn't push me when I said no to one of the recommended things. I typically wrench in my own cars and am very skeptical about anyone else working on my cars.
