“Well, my story begins when I was moving from West Palm beach Florida. I decided to drive to Virginia. I had to stop for gas and made the mistake of pulling into a pitch black gas station. Not seeing a concrete post, I accidentally hit my front passenger bumper and it got crushed. I continued my trip to my new home. I then went on Google and typed in body shops near me. I chose 3 places. Two of them never returned my phone call. And when I saw the name of the last one, I knew that fate stepped in.. Alvin’ s Body shop. As my recently deceased Dad’ s name was the same. They were so friendly and extremely accommodating to me, knowing that I just moved to a new town. They made the entire transaction seamless. From calling my insurance to ordering the parts ahead and setting up everything. The entire process only took one week and the car looks brand new. They even met me at the rental place and brought me back to the shop to pick up my vehicle. They truly go up and beyond.
