Waited until 8:15 am and pharmacy never opened. Manager had no idea when it was going to open. Had to get to work so could not wait any longer. Find another pharmacy!!!

The rudest staff I have ever experienced. Too many notices taped to the drive-thru windows saying don't do this or don't do that or no service.
So unprofessional at every point. This store needs a complete overhaul.

Recently got in a severe car accident that resulted in me needing pain medication. Upon picking the medicine up I was told by the pharmacist he could not give them to me until he spoke with my doctor to ask why I was getting them, resulting in a TWO day waiting period. His advice was to just take Tylenol.

The only reason that they are getting one star is because the lady at the pick-up window was the best employee that I have seen in this store in a year. The girl at the drop off window was rude, hacking on her gum, spoke to me like I was a child, rolled her eyes when asked a question and just totally a disrespectful individual.

When I was fighting a brutal battle with cancer a couple years ago as well as four major surgeries all the doctors and nurses left out the part about being a slave to medication the rest of my life. I take twelve pills a day plus an injection once a week just to feel like shit every day. Two of the meds I NEED every day. I can’t miss doses. If I do my neuropathy gets so bad I can’t get off the couch, I can’t eat, and I can’t sleep. Of course for the last six months every month they don’t have one or the other. I end up going 3-5 days waiting for the truck to come in. Meantime I’m missing a ton of work. My customers are pissed.. my wife is pissed.. and I am beyond pissed. If they don’t have it in stock sucks for you. And of course due to regulations they can’t transfer the prescriptions. My doctor has to send it somewhere else. Of course he doesn’t work over the weekend. But I Do!!!
EXCEPTIONS MUST BE MADE WHEN CANCER IS INVOLVED!!!!

They are just not nice to folks. I rate their customer service as poor. When I see a CVS commercial I wonder why they even bother to advertise when their customer service is so poor.

I used to like this CVS. There were good competent people there. After the pandemic it all went to hell! Its not so much the techs that wait on you. But the pharmacist! One in paticular! I dont no her name but on 2 different occassions she has been so unprofessional and miserable while waiting on me within the past couple of years. Without even trying to solve a problem I was having with my medication she basically shoved me off to someone else. Who was very accomadating ,respectful, professional and solved my problem. That is all I was looking for. But she refuses to do her job! This has gone on for years with this same woman!!!! Why doesnt she find a different job???? I will be switching pharmacies as I cannot afford to risk my health with this establishment and a miserable unproffesional employee such as her!!! I am a 12 yr cancer survivor who now since 2022 has occassional seizures. Especially if I dont have my 2 medications. This last time dealing with this woman (your pharmacist). She caused me to be without my medication for 4 days!!!! Day 3 and 4 I had seizures. As anyone who has seizures understands that going off your medication suddenly can put you at a higher risk of having a seizure!!!!!!!
But your pharmacist made it very clear to me that me or my health did not matter to her. Why she has a job treating people that way is beyond me!!! Good riddens CVS!!!! My health is more important and I dont need the added stress of dealing with a( HEALTH PROFESSIONAL!) That doesnt care about my health!!!!!

poor customer service. not professional at all. i had one staff member make a racial slur to me. was reported but nothing happened. absolutely the most disgusting and disrespectful pharmacy i’ve ever been to.
