Went in with a coupon,$5.00 off $25.00 or more purchase, coupon was for Saturday May 24th. Cashier said it wouldn’t work, so why bother giving coupons if they’re not being honored. Won’t waste my money at Dollar General again! Glad we have Family Dollar in the area for my future purchases.

Restrooms are hidious and needs some severe cleaning attention. Store manager was on the phone complaining about I guess the manager over her coming in taking pictures of her store and how nasty her store was and how she doesn’t have any help for people to work in her store. The floors were nasty they had stuff spilled on them and it turned black as people walked over top of it. Boxes and boxes of stuff in the isles you have to basically like jump over things and go around things. You couldn’t even try and push a cart hardly in the isles of the store. It’s very yucky inside and the manager has a very nasty attitude as well will not be returning to the store at all. This was update led on 6/27/2022. I would be embarrassed to call this my store if I was a District or a Regional Manager.

The woman that works in there with her hair shaved on the sides is an excellent employee she was the only one in the store handling everything at once there were quite a few people in there and one lady was being extremely rude but she handled everything in a professional manner and was still very generous to everyone in the line even while that lady was making rude comments she was trying her absolute best with a smile on her face

The "new design" makes the store seem more cluttered, confusing and congested than it did before. Staff are indifferent, probably because they don't get paid enough. If that's the case, then I don't blame them for not caring, the true fault lies upon the company itself. Step up, DG!
