I had a appointment for today 11/12/25 for a diagnostic and to get my brakes checked
I literally dropped my vehicle off the evening before 11/11/25
I was told my vehicle would be ready by the end of the day and I would be given a phone call with diagnostic results
I decided at 2pm today to call because I haven’t heard anything and was told they haven’t even pulled my car in bay that it would likely be next business day before they pulled it in
Like what is use of giving people appointments if you’re not going to do your job in maintaining the set appointment!? Very unprofessional and unacceptable!

I booked an appointment to get an alignment done and I was told it was going to be a week out, and to bring my car by around 7 or 8 am. I got there at 8 and they asked if I was going to pick the car up later. Unfortunately my ride fell through and I was stuck with my toddler and no way to get back home to wait. I asked them how long it would take and was told there was already a car on the lift and it would be a couple hours until they could get to me. I was then told they would give me a call when they were almost finished up with the other vehicle and I could just come back. I told them I would be in the area and I was going to take my son to the park and confirmed they had my correct phone number. I waited 4-5 hours at the park with my cranky toddler and never received a phone call. Every time I would call their shop no one would pick up so I left a voice mail. Well it’s the next day and NO ONE ever returned my call. Don’t waste your time with this place like I did. For the amount of staff sitting in that office when I arrived, I find it hard to believe no one could return my call or answer.

Had a flat tire while traveling. Called them, they were able to get me right in change tire, checked out the other tires. I was able to continue on my trip. Fast, friendly, great service!!!

Had some roadside trouble and got prompt service despite them being completely busy. I asked for a tire patch for what ended up being a nail to get me to a warrantied center where I got the tire.
Later same day, I got to the center and was told East End patched so well that nothing further was necessary in terms of repair.
As a vet, they were so kind to me. Thanks again East End Motor Co. Inc!

I scheduled a day to have my water pump replaced. I took my vehicle in that morning and was back on the road that afternoon. Thank you East End.

They left my window down and my truck unlocked for over two weeks. it took them all of that two weeks to replace an oil pan. Came up with issues on my inspection with my lights. Turns out the lights work perfectly fine. Tried to come up with a lot of bogus unnecessary charges to run up the price. Disrespectful.
