Larry at CPR quickly identified what was causing the problem and helped me fix it.. even though I believe it was Apple's intention to make this issue unfixable. I honestly believe if I went to the Apple store instead, they would have told me I needed a new phone. But Larry was able to fix the problem that day in just a couple of hours. I highly recommend taking any phone issues here for quick, fair service.”
