I did not like my experience at all. I asked for a simple design coffin style French manicure pic from their company's google pics and the male tech could not do it. What?? The woman that could, was occupied. So, he volunteered to try to give me what design he wanted. I refused and just did a standard gel manicure and left. I needed a pedicure and eyebrow wax and just said no. There was also a baby roach crawling on the table the nail tech ignored to the point I had to request to kill it myself. I will never come back here.

I recently visited Nails Rap and had an outstanding experience with Tony. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. During my manicure, he was attentive to my preferences and provided valuable advice on nail care. The final result was simply stunning, and I received many compliments.

I went there with my boyfriends mom and the man was totally disrespectful to us they straight up laughed in her face multiple times because she didn’t know what she wanted and yes I can understand laughing a type of way but it was straight up a mean way and she told him the shape she wanted and he told her no I’m doing square on you and as I was trying to say something he try’s to cover up and say I recommend. Her nails were very blotchy way too much acrylic and not shaped at all. My nails were actually decent I recommend not going but if you do get the older lady. My friend also went and paid 80 for this

I did not have a good experience at all. I had a pedicure and fill. My cuticles were not done on my feet and my nails are chipping after a week. Plus,the place was dirty. Gnats flying around the sink. Find somewhere else to go .

After the pictures and reviews, i had high hopes for this place. However, I had a few major issues: there is apparently only one person in the entire place that can do designs on nails, I had to wait almost an hour just to get the stars on my thumbs and ring fingers, and most of the time my nail tech would simply just get up and leave to take care of his baby. The designs I asked for are very simple, but the person doing my nails was very passive aggressive about any designs I showed him— I’ve seen more detailed nails from there. He finishes the rest of my nails and makes me wait 45 minutes for another nail tech (who was in the middle of someone else’s nails) to put the stars on. I was shocked to see they didn’t even push back my cuticles or really touch my nails before filing them down. I may be crazy, but I feel like these aren’t really the best looking either. This price was incredibly high for what I got. There is no reason I should have been there for almost 2 and a half hours NOT including the wait beforehand… photos below of what I got vs what I wanted.

It wasn’t a horrible experience, but I’m not satisfied with my nails. I had a dip manicure, and the technician had me soak my nails in a bowl full of acetone, I have eczema so it would had been nice had he done it the route that other shops use. The man cut me twice with the rotary file and once with regular manual nail file. He had the rotary file turned up so high it was burning my nail. I was quiet the entire time bc I’m an easy going person, but my nails don’t even look great to be honest. I do think the man I had was nice although the other tall man seemed very rude to other customers.

Phil is very nice. His Son's sneak in extra charges without telling you ! They do clean service for you .
