“First, we were not the easiest buyers. Brian gracefully welcomed our circumstances; which took faith no doubt. It’s not every day a couple living in a tent, with not two nickels to rub together, approaches you to buy a house. For him to even take us seriously, we are thankful!Second, Brian showed us 15+ houses. Some he couldn’t even stand to be in, some were about to fall down, some were not all that they were described as, some were out of our budget, and some could have been the one. This search cost him a car - totaled, time with his family, and working another job was no problem for him. He just kept on searching, kept on taking us to properties, and kept advising.Lastly, Brian’s honesty and commitment to helping others is of the Highest Standard. No pushing, no cheap tricks, only patience and honesty. We didn’t end up with a referred realtor; we ended up ended up with a friend. We praise God for setting Brian and our paths to cross!”

“I will never use another real estate agency, I’m so pleased with their service! Andrew was so attentive, and answered me right away when I had a question or concern. He always tried to negotiate the best deal for me and I felt like he really cared. Buying a house is a long and sometimes stressful process, so having someone competent in your corner really makes all the difference! Five stars!”

“It was a real pleasure working with Jonathan when I sold my property. His knowledge, promptness, and reliability were rock solid, which made me feel comfortable and less stressed. He also handled everything in a very professional way. He walked with me every step of the way, from the beginning to the end of the process. I would definitely choose his realtor services again.”

“Association Executive Patra F. Brady does a wonderful job of listening to the needs of association members. When I asked for a certain item that was out of stock, she was very quick to place an order immediately. She also does an excellent job of community outreach. For example, we had a recent community Food Drive, and she did a wonderful job of sorting canned goods and arranging distribution of donations to local organizations for further distribution to people in need. Agents at my office in Farmville, Piedmont Real Estate at 102 High Street, were very happy to be volunteering for this event and giving back to the community!”

“Jason was wonderful through the whole process. This was the second time using Meeks Realty. Within 2 days of the house going on the market we had a contract over the asking price. He took care of everything. And I can honestly say without hesitation he went above and beyond. I highly recommend Jason!!”

“Walk2Campus, and specifically CampusWalk, is a great company to work with for housing for Longwood University! My roommates and I live in an apartment at CampusWalk, and it’s a beautiful space- very updated appliances, nice enough furniture, and plenty of space. Maintenance is very quick with requests, and they’re very nice folks. We do have issues on occasion with the A/C, but maintenance handles it quickly. The folks at the Walk2Campus are AWESOME- Kacy and Terrika NEVER fail to help out with issues and provide a really nice breakfast spread about once a month. They’re also very sweet, as are the other office workers I haven’t talked with as much. Free McDonald’s and Chick-fil-a is always nice. The pricing is really competitive, is far cheaper than school housing, and is less than what most of our friends pay for furnished apartments. Bills aren’t terribly crazy, although the lease agreement changes for next year are a bit ridiculous. Not the fault of anyone who works at Walk2Campus, of course. The apartments are a 5 minute walk to campus, which is perfect and aids in the never-ending quest for parking, and are about an 8 minute walk to the hot spots in town- Press Club, Bandido’s. The Valero right next to CampusWalk has saved us a few times. The building is almost entirely college students, so it can get a LITTLE loud on weekends, but that doesn’t bother any of us or any of the college students in the building. As far as complaints go, most apartments require at least a full flight of stairs- in our case, more than one, but there’s really nothing that can be done about that. There is an accessible elevator, but it only goes to the second floor and requires approval ahead of time for as-need usage, though I’m sure residents with disabilities don’t require as-need approval. All in all, great value, great folks, and a great place to live.”
