I am new to this whole Walgreens prescription thing, so I have called a few times to get help with several questions. This Farmville location has been WONDERFUL, patient and helpful every single time. I usually talk to Alisha, who is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and upfront. I am one of those individuals who is super involved and dedicated to my managing my health, so I TRULY appreciate having someone on the other end of the phone who is just as dedicated to people who come to her for assistance. As a nurse, I strive to treat my patients like I would my own family member. I feel like this pharmacy does that for their Walgreen's clientele.

Do not use this pharmacy if you are looking for great customer service or need assistance from the pharmacist Cheryl Morris she was the rudest, unhelpful person I’ve ever dealt with. Not until I told her I would report her was she willing to do her job over a simple transfer of prescription.. Will be taking further steps to report her conduct! Walgreens should be ashamed!!!! I am glad I will never have to use this pharmacy again as I was a visitor of the area…….

I was at the hospital yesterday very sick. Since they didn't prescribe anything I called Dr who sent in a script. I called since.i didn't hear anything and was told it would be ready in 1hour and they would call me and verified the number. When I called and got the recording saying it was ready it was 6:45 . They now top CVS who I thought was disgusting
Insurance plans really need to speak with the pharmacist ????now all night without any meds

I had a prescription sent here for antibiotic eye drops for my daughter. The Rx was sent at 12. The app said it would be ready by 2:40. Took the girls to a park nearby and waited til 2:40. Went by Walgreens and was told they just received the order after lunch and it would take until 4 to process. I wait another hour only to receive a notice that it's out of stock. So then go back and get told it's out of stock after wasting all afternoon waiting around. No apologies or anything. Had it sent to CVS and they processed it in less than an hour and were very friendly and helpful. This place is extremely unprofessional and I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

These are the most incompetent and lazy healthcare workers I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. If you want a prescription sent somewhere, send it to a 15 year old with zero experience in the job field and you’ll get your prescription faster than you would going to this Walgreens. I hope every one of lazy dogs working at this location lose their ability to work in pharmaceutical care. Have a horrible day if you worked at this location on 2/27/24!

Moved my 12,000.00 per month of prescriptions back to CVS. The store manager was belligerent when I gave advice about his nasty employees ways.Even went back and gave them another try with vaccination. The staff treated an elderly White lady like trash.What's even worse is the district manager, is extremely aware of this.I will never darken their door again; hell I'll die first

My daughter needed a medication for her dog’s seizures. It took them 3 days to get the medication in supposedly but took another day to get the prescription ready and wanted to charge 5 times more than Walmart even with a good rx coupon. The pharmacy techs did not notify her when the script was ready. They were also rude once questioned about the price and amount. I have been with Walgreen for over 20 years and after this experience I will NOT use the one in FarmVille EVER.

If you need a prescription filled and can't wait two or three days you need to go somewhere else. They can not keep pharmacists on the payroll.
