Just went there for fingerprinting, but the staff treated me very professionally

I would give a zero rating . I called and explained that I was homeless and freezing. I am also a diabetic . I was told they were not sheltering anyone. Then she said she could have me put in a homeless shelter in Danville or Roanoke. That's hours from me. How would I get there? Makes no sense .

They don't care about helping others unless you're their family or close friend. They rather see the community go homeless and HUGE liars and beyond lazy.
