A very helpful gentleman named Levi helped my house get some much needed (extremely) high speed internet in a jif. Shoutout to Levi! Saved ten bucks a month too. Didn't know 100+ Mbps was possible in this town.

I have only negative things to say about this location. They are extremely rude and unprofessional! Today (4/22/23) my mother was disrespected by two of their staff (Trevin and Nikia). First of all, the place reeked of marijuana which is DISGUSTING. And it's noted that both reps were high! Next, my mother didn't understand why her bill was high, she just wanted an explanation. My mother isn't really good with technology so she required assistance. Both Trevin and Nikia walked off while my mother was speaking (in a calm manner). My mother then went to her car to calm down. When she came back into the store she was looking to pay off her iPhone (to make the bill lower). Again, Trevin and Nikia felt as though they didn't want to help her... UNACCEPTABLE! Trevin then started talking to my mother in a disgusting way. Saying, "oh you should know how to do this... It doesn't make sense that you don't know how to do this and that". UNACCEPTABLE!!! Who speaks to PAYING customers like that? I called the store to speak with the manager on site... He wasn't any help, so I followed up with corporate because something needs to be done. My mother will never go back, and hopefully those nasty employees are gone!

Need someone to help tell me what to do. I was scammed by a representative at this store. I Visited the store to inquire about service and devices. The rep asked to run my credit. I rejected the offers and was assured no charges or account was cratered. I did not buy any product or receive any sim or number. A month later I started receiving bills but No service is provided. Went to the store and was assured it will be corrected. Now i have to deal with a collection agency for a service I never received. English is my second language and i have to relay on friends to help communicate

First, the wireless Wi-Fi router is great! But it would be hard to find a business with a staff that is more inept than this place. It took more than 4 hours on my first trip to set me up with a wireless router, a new phone and transfer an existing phone to T-Mobile. The second visit was not as bad, however, it was like doing business with the Three Stooges except that nobody got whacked in the head! I wasn't the only unhappy customer as several angry customers came came and went while I was there. Good luck working with this 3-ring circus!
