Dont ask for a complicated order of more than three items. Ordered 5 items, got home to find 3 items in the bag, 2 of which I did not order. 30 minutes later I am back getting My order fixed, only to get home and discover that the mexican pizza that was in the original order, cold as ice, was not remade with the correct order so I am still out of an item. Not the first time this has happened with any large order made at this taco bell. Will not return.

I mean come on! Taco Bell is a classic spot for some affordable, Mexican-style eating. I like a crunch wrap supreme with hot sauce myself, but they have something for everyone on their menu. The only drawback is having to look at that god awful Long John Silvers that’s attached to glorious Taco Bell like a cancerous cyst! I mean, who in their right mind is ordering a two fish two clam meal from that place in central Virginia? If anyone reading this has something good to say about Long John Silvers, I would recommend you go ahead and check yourself into a mental health ward and make sure your bloodline stops with you. Besides that, Taco Bell is just awesome and I have no complaints.Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair accessibility. If I had a wheelchair, I think I could still get myself a crunch wrap supreme with hot sauce no problem.

Hit or miss depending on crew attitude during visit and which manager is running the shift. Could be a lot better on food prep and order time.

Stood at register for 20 minutes. They will not wait on me. Guy before me left. They are only waiting on drive through customers. Ordered at the kiosk. Tried to pay in cash. No one came to take my money. Left with out ever getting waited on. Not one employee even spoke to me the whole time.

Terrible customer service, lack of care and consideration. Not staffed enough. Employees don’t utilize the equipment properly. Nobody has a set position. Every employee floats around from station to station. 20 mins for a walk in to go meal. Boss sits in back room on phone and complains when people are at front wanting to order. Also don’t know what kind of sauce they put on my spicy potato soft taco tasted like tartar sauce. Didn’t notice till I got home. Overall; disappointed .

Stopped at a Taco Bell/Long John Silver. Got the fish which they made fresh and was not greasy as they can get sitting under a warmer. The staff working the food prep area were friendly and informative regarding the time required to make the food. The cashier had a slight attitude and seemed to be a little bothered by taking my order. Good help seems to be getting harder to find.Next time I am in Farmville and have a hankerin' for fish I'll be stopping in again.

THIS TACO BELL IS TERRIBLE, ONE EMPLOYEE ACCUSED US OF STEALING TWO TIMES BEFORE BUT WE HAD PAYED FOR OUR FOOD AND HAD THE STATEMENTS TO PROVE IT. THIS ONE GUY WAS RUDE AND BELLIGERENT. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

The employees in this restaurant are outstanding. I attempted to order from the drive thru. However, l was informed that it was temporarily closed. The salesperson was so polite ; l felt like l was being greeted on a cruise ship. I proceeded inside to place my order. There were about 30 customers waiting for orders; walk-in, door dash deliveries and then the drive thru was had been opened. I was greeted by “ Destiny((cashier)”. She was over abundantly nice, kept a smile on face during the entire time never wavered. I waited for approximately 40 minutes. The staff at this Taco Bell maintained the highest level of professionalism at a restaurant and of which l haven’t experienced in awhile. I didn’t mind the wait; I actually rung that bell as l was leaving. I think that Taco Bell needs to be equipped with a better software system for the employees. The screens need to be lowered for the person taking orders to prevent constant neck strain and eye strain near the window. Production is only fast as its input. Help your employees out with more efficient equipment. You have an excellent staff at the FarmVille Taco Bell/ L J Silvers. By far, this is not a complaint on behalf of your employees. They were neatly dressed and groomed as well. Excellence at its best.
