Do not appreciate the new PM. Poor service. He does not understand our village of Ferrum or it's people.

Packages are often late, will sit in one location for days, no updates and/or late updates.
I've had packages sit in my local post office from 6am and never leave until the next day.
Constantly getting other people's mail in the mailbox aswell as on my porch.
We've notified the drivers multiple times and it continues. Even when a package clearly says a different address they'll still bring them here.

Postal Workers are so kind and go above and beyond. We've had the best experience with the Ferrum Post Office. Thank you for all you do for our community.

Just another complaint it appears. How about stop leaving the mail under the mailbox ON the road to be stolen when the house is 12 feet away! Thanks.

The Ferrum Post office is a great place for our mail. All the employees and our carrier are fantastic, helpful, and friendly. They helped us thru our move and set up here. It is delightful visiting them.

For some reason they will wedge some packages in the mailbox but the next time something small have to drive out of the way to pick up.

The folks at our post office and our mail carrier are always pleasant and helpful. I recently contacted the general postal service information center, and the person there helped me determine what the supposed shipper had done (which was to give me the wrong tracking number). Then someone from our own post office contacted me to make sure that the problem was solved, even though the postal service had done nothing wrong.

Have asked them twice to ALWAYS deliver our packages at the doorstep because we can’t get off in time to get to the post office to get them but they are too lazy to do that! We always have to wait a week or so to het our packages. They make excuses after excuse.

Mail person not delevering my mail. Doesn't bother to knock on my door or even pull in my very short driveway. Instead I get left a note to travel to the post office to pick up my mail. It's been an issue for over 6 months now. On top of that, my neighbor's packages and mail get dropped off here all the time. Leaving her medication delivery in the rain and weather even though I have a covered porch at the side of the house.I have brought this issue up in person at the post office and still, same thing happens. Very poor service and a complete waste of my tax dollars.Great job ferrum.........do your job.I am reporting this by the way!!!!!!!!!!!
