I wouldn’t give them nothing. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with and will never spend another dime on a vehicle at their car lot. I’ve had nothing but issues with my vehicle since the day I brought it home. And their “mechanic shop” is just as bad. Told me nothing was wrong to keep driving it only to get home and have to spend $300 out of pocket to replace brakes and rotors they said they JUST replaced. Not to mention the other on going problems that I’m going to have to spend thousands of dollars out of pocket because I’ve been waiting on an answer from them and my warranty is out now

RUDE, seems like they didn’t want to help me at all. I called to see if I could test drive a car today and whoever picked up was rude. When I arrived she looked me up and down like I shouldn’t been in there. Barely said anything to me. I was really considering a buy from them but with that attitude I wouldn’t recommend. Sorry not sorry

These guys are crooks. I took my car to them to get the door handle replaced and 2 months later they had pulled the entire dashboard out and said I needed a front passenger side air bag clock spring and the computer chip that runs the entire electrical system because according to them the battery would not charge and the windshield wipers would run on their own and none of the lights would work or windows or locks. The car was working perfectly when I dropped it off. They never even told me that they were going to take it apart and they ordered parts without telling me and would not let me pick it up until I paid for their mistake. They were probably going to try to sell it on their used car lot. I can't even get anyone to fix it for me now that they did this. Steer clear from these crooks.

I looked around for a vehicle for weeks was beginning to get frustrated decided to check out PVT was very satisfied with the service and vehicle however after 3 days my check engine light came on notified PVT as vehicle has a warranty I purchased as well as the dealership guaranteed if was any issues within the first 30 days they would take care of issue it's my catalytic converter which is over 1000 to fix I purchased it in December it's now August and I'm still waiting for them to address the issue.

I purchased my van there. Shannon is an awesome guy to work with. 1 yr later van almost paid for...Above was at purchase, of course they are nice and friendly, 1 year later when van will be paid off in 6 months, it started leaking oil, I take it to PVT for diagnose. I'm told it's a timing solenoid and it would cost right at $500 to fix. Mind you I just spent $400 with them for front alignment, oil change and brake pads. Also I got a new radiator, head lights and new bumper. So insurance spent a little over $3k on this van.I told them let me figure out something and I would let him know about fixing it. I got a second opinion which would cost me $200 so I go with that. In the mean time I'm $85 due for November and December just came due. So I call them to let them I'll be in by the end of the week to pay catch up payments.They tracked the van came to the repair lot and picked it up. Now mind you I only owe about $900 total, which was what they paid for the van from Honda. I've done all those repairs and they come get it. Win, Win PVT... That's not good business practices at all. I had to purchased another vehicle so it wasn't like I had no transportation but they didn't know that, it's the principal of it and it's just wrong.BUYERS BEWARE!!!They prey on people that have hit a bump in the road and take from them!!I hope it's remembered when things goes wrong... You can't do people wrong and think it's not coming back on you!!! It's called Karma...Galatians 6:7 A man reaps what he sowth..
