I spoke to Butch on a Tuesday afternoon, and we decided that my Explorer needed a rear end differential. He instructed me where to buy a used one. “Iv had my Mini Cooper in here as well as my Audi and my little ford ranger. I’m a young person and don’t always have allot of money to spend on a mechanic so sometimes Iv brought in half finished jobs (which I’m sure is annoying) like maybe I just need my ac recharged after I replaced the condenser or something like that. They’ve always been willing to work with me which I appreciate greatly. As previously stated I am a young person, but I think I know a little more about cars than the average person and other shops will lie to me about things thinking I don’t know better, but Broadview automotive has always been 100% honest with me. Whenever a friend says they need a mechanic I always send them here. The owner is great and the service is top notch.”

“I looked around for a vehicle for weeks was beginning to get frustrated decided to check out PVT was very satisfied with the service and vehicle however after 3 days my check engine light came on notified PVT as vehicle has a warranty I purchased as well as the dealership guaranteed if was any issues within the first 30 days they would take care of issue it's my catalytic converter which is over 1000 to fix I purchased it in December it's now August and I'm still waiting for them to address the issue.”
