Terrible customer service, tall gray haired cashier extremely rude, made sure to watch the camera when certain people left. Wouldn’t offer bathroom key even after requested and spent $40 in store. What a joke.Update: Called BP Customer Service, the response from the owner is completely against BP policies and services according to customer service. The company BP has escalated the situation. 1/5 stars.

Stopped here to get gas and went inside to use the bathroom. Desk attendant seemed aggravated that I asked if they had a restroom. She rolled her eyes and said straight back. The bathroom has a sign “for paying customers only”. Door is locked so I assumed someone was in it. I waited for a bit and then the attendant told me where the key was. The bathroom was not clean and had no soap or paper towels. Will go out of my way not to stop at this store in the future.
