They like to steal people's packages. I only have a problem with FedEx saying they delivered something when they didnt and providing no proof of delivery photo.

I have been waiting on a package since the 18th. Everyday tracking shows out for the delivery. It’s the 22nd. And still a no show.

We live on a corner house with 2 driveways. One with our mailbox and front door and the other not identified with numbers for the garage. CONSTANTLY my neighbors next to my garage get our deliveries because drivers see their house number (which is identical to our house number) BUT on different streets and don’t take the time to realize they are not on our street. I have made custom signage to reinforce where our deliveries should go and they still can’t get it correct. Our food box delivery is MIA and this time our neighbors didn’t get it. The picture proof of delivery was so blurry there wasn’t anything to see. Abysmal service. I have complained through the app, 800 number, to actual drivers and nothing gets better.

Started using FedEx office store in Harrisonburg about two months ago. Donna was pleasure to work with. The printing items were fabulous.

Writing this on behalf of myself and a dozen or so people that I know that have had nothing but problems with FedEx.Have had to deal with them for my own items, as well as deal with them through my work. Each and every time I need FedEx to come through by simply doing what they are supposed to be doing in the first place, they find a way to drop the ball in the worst way possible.I understand things happen from time to time, but I seem to have persistent issues with FedEx. My problems haven't come from just this location, but that just tells me that FedEx as a whole has some work to do. FedEx has been nothing but unreliable in my experience.Given the circumstances with COVID, and other things out of the control of FedEx, I waited to submit this expecting things to get better, it just hasn't happened. I have been made aware that there may be an issue with hiring practices as well as how the employees are treated. So I believe that may have something to do with it.

I shipped many dozens of packages at this location annually, many times needing packing. I have never had a negative experience here. Always friendly and helpful. Donna and Jeff are the best.

I'll just add my review here because this place is truly awful. Ir print peojects at FedEx all over VA and this is easily the most pathetic group of workers I've EVER encountered. To whoever manages this place - your reps working on the evening of 11/11/19 accomplished a level of laziness I've very rarely seen. No acknowledgement of customers, leaving to go into the back for extended periods of time while customers were waiting in line (no greeting, again no acknowledgement, no nothing). I left my print order and didn't even bother waiting to pick it up and paying after standing there for 10 minutes. If you're not local, do yourself a favor and pick up your project somewhere else BEFORE you arrive here. To the locals, blessed be your hearts :( . Pathetic.
