I live in a house that has 7 other apartments. I placed an order online, which the sender required that I sign for it. Since the owner of the house did not have a doorbell that works, I left a sign on a 3x5 index card in red bold magic marker..' FedEx, I am expecting you today between the hours of 1:15 pm and 5:15 pm. There is no doorbell. Please call the number listed below. I am HOME.'
At 5 minutes to one, I went and checked, nope At 1:10 pm...nope. Then at 1:15 pm..still no. While standing at my laptop, I got an email from them saying they tried to deliver. I called Customer Service, and the guy I spoke with is telling me what I can do on the website...which I can't do because the shipper had special instructions. So he told me to contact the shipper and to tell them to put my telephone number on the package so the driver could call me. This means...The package has to go back to the sender, and I have to tell the sender how to send the package so that I can get it. That isn't happening.
I don't know what is wrong with FedEx. I sent a package one time in another state, only to end up being delivered to me 3 days later. Everything was correct, the to and from... But at the place where I mailed it from, they told me I did something wrong. Yes I know, I placed the package in FedEx's hands.
I would be ashamed to wear one of those uniforms, or even let people know I work for such a company as yours. DHL is laughing at you, and you need to take a look at that if DHL is laughing at you because DHL is The Red-headed Stepchild in the shipping industry.

Driver drove right by my house and then put "customer unavailable to sign." Completely missed the address by 5 houses. When I tried to wave them down, they just drove right by me. I needed that package today. I tried to call customer service, absolutely no help and clearly someone who doesn't speak English as a primary language. Sadly this seems to be a typical experience for fedex customers based on the consistently poor reviews. Given the option, I wont ever select FedEx as my delivery choice.

Never deliver on time. Tracking says out for delivery, then, not delivered for days 90% of the time. Told by Fedex customer service there is no process for documenting feedback. Left packages on side of road. Filed multiple complaints. But service has not improved.

I use to think a lot of this place as an employee. Was treated wonderful and enjoyed my job. I was always a returning/holiday help and have a disability. This is know to FedEx and the had worked me in an area in the past I could do and was reliable for. This year when I returned and happy to be doing so the supervisor in my same area was rude and cruel. No hi, welcome back, good morning just straight up rude and didn't seem to want me. When I tried to tell upper management the made the excuse up well with my disability their's nothing I can do there that I'm useless. For one that has nothing to do with the poor beside manner your floor management has but for second I've worked here in the past, same department and time of year and never was an issue. Last but not least though FedEx claims the don't discriminate against people with disability. I've been debating since rather or not to file a lawsuit.

I have had a terrible time with the quality of driving capabilities of delivery drivers. So much that I installed a chain across the driveway with signs for delivery instructions . FedEx driver did not even attempt to drive up the drive. They just put the delivery beside the road at the end of the drivway. I called and complained. Next delivery the driver did the same thing. This was perishable items both times. Sat out in the sun for hours.

My packages keep getting dropped in my driveway, NOT on my porch!! Piss poor service as many of my packages have been damaged by rain and are at risk of theft, they seem to think that dropping in the driveway or halfway up the sidewalk is ok, IT IS NOT!!!! FEDEX is Fng Joke!!!

This is the terminal. They keep missing deliveries and ainhave to go there to pick up packages. They are the most incompetent bunch of idiots under 1 roof you can find. Can't anyone do their job any more ???.

They text you for 3 days saying it will be delivered and then you get a text later it will be delivered the next day. It continues on and on. When they deliver, they take a picture of the wall instead of the address where it’s dropped off at and sometimes you get the package. Sometimes you don’t. FedEx Ground out of Staunton is the worst!

Worse place to work at ! The manager Will, will slave you out ! So much violations in that place but they don’t care. they think their employees are machines. Better off going to Amazon , where they actually have benefits , emts on sites , and look out for you

Worst delivery experience EVER! Zero stars if possible…They “attempted” three times: the first time failed saying they needed an apartment number while I actually live in a house, so I updated my instruction describing my door; the second time left a door tag cuz I was not at home and no one told me a signature is required; AND today, the third time, I was sitting right next to the door ALL DAY just for this package (even ordered food delivery cuz I didn’t want to miss the FedEx truck again), and I heard absolutely NOTHING and then they updated the status to “exception: customer NOT available” at 2pm?! Now I’m gonna pick up that 70lbs package by myself tomorrow, GREAT service huh??

They said they delivered to front door of my house but the “proof of delivery” photo was NOT my house! This is not the first time this has happened with Fed-ex to my address. Worthless delivery service. It was not my choice to use Fed-ex; vendor choose them.

Paid for two-day delivery on February 15th, early in the day. Thursday..Friday..Saturday.. No package. Should’ve came on Saturday, it’s just sitting down in Staunton since 5 AM. And, even if something did go wrong, I still don’t see why it couldn’t have AT LEAST have been moved down to the FedEx here in Harrisonburg. So, really — are they keeping my package hostage or keeping it company? Next time, ring me up and I’ll just do your job for you and pick up the package myself. Maybe my motivation to drive 21 miles to get my package will show you the value of being a delivery driver and delivering packages.

My driver decided he didn't want to deliver my package on a Saturday so he puts down \\\"Delivery exception Customer not available or business closed\\\". I would've just went and picked it up at the facility but customer service was 0 help.
