“3 night get a way. Wonderful location! Lots of easy casual things to do. We took a ride on Virginia Scenic Railroad. This little hotel is right across the street. The proprietors take great care maintaining this old warehouse & have repurposed the site with delightful attention to details. Similarly all communications were timely & most appreciated. The rooms are spacious with full kitchen, comfy bed & chairs. In room coffee & snacks are a nice touch.
You can park your car & forget about it in this pedestrian friendly town. (Heed the advice from the messages & instructions from your hosts to avoid any parking faux pas)
Excellent food choices abound! Just use your favorite map app & surch restaurants, you're sure to find something delicious with in a few minutes walk.”

“Absolutely loved this hotel!
Found this hotel in Lonely Planet. Stayed one night in room 26. The room was quaint, full of character and clean throughout. We slept really well here in the comfortable 4 post bed.
Breakfast was also a highlight - I recommend the waffles. It’s a very substantial portion and tasted fantastic with locally sourced ingredients. The service throughout was professional and we felt well looked after.
Our hosts were full of useful recommendations of activities within the local area. A brilliant stay all round!”

“We stayed one night at the beginning and one night at the end of our vacation because this area was about the midpoint for us. It was a great find, easy to get to right off 81, clean rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. We would come back and stay again and check out some of the many things to do in the area.”
“This place is first rate. I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it. The staff was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Plus they have a dedicated section of the breakfast bar just for gluten free bread and even have gluten free waffle mix.”
“Welcoming, attentive hosts. Very clean establishment. Delicious breakfasts. Bedrooms are upstairs. It's a wide stairway with a beautiful banister. We stayed in the Blue Room. Access to the high bed can be aided with a small step ladder, which is provided; the bed was super comfortable. The bedroom windows in this large suite overlook the yard and area, having an almost east/west orientation. The in-suite bathroom was spotless. The shower took a minute to warm up, but there was plenty of hot water. Conditioner, shampoo, and body wash was provided. There's a small refrigerator and microwave in the upstairs landing hallway for guests' use, as well as a keurig and other complementary offerings. This was a special place to spend our time when not out exploring the area. We will definitely return.”

“Clean, cool, well finished rooms. Nice gym and pool. The environment in the pool room was surprisingly fresh for an indoor pool. The location is a short walk from all the downtown attractions. Staff is friendly and our family of 5 would happily stay again.”

“Very clean hotel. No bugs, clean sheets and towels, very nice room. Pool looked very inviting. Front desk staff (Kirk, Lisa and Patsy) were all very nice and helpful. The coffee in the lobby is delicious. Breakfast had something for everyone: scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, bread choices, cereals, fruit and yogurt. The man (sorry I didnt get his name) who made all the breakfast foods was very nice as well. I recommend this hotel. Yes, as others have stated it is next to rr tracks. Not a big deal to us. Train went by at 2:45 am and my husband who usually hears everything didn't budge. I was awake and I thought it was cool. There is a Cracker Barrel down the street and a family restaurant next door (Mrs Rowes Restaurant) only open til 7 pm. I can't comment on thr food there but CB was good.”
“I absolutely Loved this Place ??❤️ I highly recommend it! It's my go to spot when traveling. It's built with stones on the outside and the floors on the inside are new and very pretty. I love the fact there is a balcony with chairs over looking the beautiful greenery and peacefulness of the birds chirping and singing PRAISE!!?? check out of NOON!!!❤️?????AND If your traveling and need a Great Place that is extremely affordable, THIS IS IT!! ❤️ take a Chance and you will have a wonderful experience and wake up feeling refreshed!!!!?”

“I’ve stayed here a handful of times now, in various different rooms. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, we’ve continued coming back.
The bottom line, their rooms are clean, and the price is cheap. Each room has its own quirks, but remind yourself of the price.
It’s in the heart of Waynesboro. It’s always been clean. So we keep coming back. Really impressed with the shower in our most current room.”

“I was here for a conference, and stayed 4 nights in a suite. It's an older hotel, and all older, heavily-used properties will have the occasional issue, but overall, this was a good choice for our conference. Location, available restaurants, plenty of parking, really nice staff, and good (not fantastic perhaps, but good) rooms make this a choice for your next meeting that you might want to consider.”

“I needed a place to stay close to Augusta Medical Hospital. The unit was extremely clean, and the staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this place to stay in that area of Virginia. It is a great value.”
