“The young lady at the desk was very polite and check in was a breeze. The room I got was very clean/spacious, and in fact, something I noticed off the bat was that the whole property is very clean and well cared for too.
Their location is generally very quiet/peaceful. During my stay there wasn't a lot of traffic that I could hear except an occasional passing truck.
Speaking of location, I was in the area for an event at the Augusta Expo Center, which was only a quick and easy 6 minute drive away. For food there are also a lot of dining options, gas stations and a grocery store within a 5-10 minute drive; quick access to the highway as well.
All in all I had a great stay for a great price, and their location is perfect if you're in the area for any events or just if you're passing through and need a clean and comfortable room. I highly recommend Valley Extended Suites. If I'm ever in the area again for an event/vacation I wouldn't hesitate to book a room with them.”

“Amazing, spacious accommodations!! Located across from train and in town. Clean, spacious, and cute extras. Candy in lobby, cute coffee caddy, large, good quality hygiene products, snack bin, water in the fridge, nice large bathroom. Great kitchen with all the items you need. Really comfy bed!!! Was extremely quiet at night. AND laundry closet in lobby!!! All products you need are on the inside door of the closet.”

“Very friendly host at this B&B. This is actually a few different buildings in the city. The buildings are within a block of each other, some next to each other. Our building was quiet, with huge rooms and well maintained, Mostly Victorian era rooms and furniture but with a modern shower. There was a nice sit down breakfast in the main area of the reception buillding. Our building had offstreet parking. Very friendly host.If you find the bed is too high, look under the bed for a stepstool.”

“We only spent one night in this house, but EVERYTHING WAS SO FANTASTIC! The moment we stepped in to the house, we knew we made the best choice ever. Dana and Scott’s hospitality was so warm, and the breakfast Dana made was so delicious. We booked the Red Room, which was so spacious for a family of 3 adults. We spent the evening by chatting by the fire pit, enjoying music in the living rooms, having some hot teas and snacks… Everything was so amazing! I highly recommend this place for family vacation, anniversary, birthdays, and any other special occasions!”

“Clean, cool, well finished rooms. Nice gym and pool. The environment in the pool room was surprisingly fresh for an indoor pool. The location is a short walk from all the downtown attractions. Staff is friendly and our family of 5 would happily stay again.”

“Rooms were very clean and neat. The associate at the front desk was pleasant, BUT we made reservations and we were told we would get a first floor room. When we arrived there were no first floors left. Which to say we weren't very happy. We came back to this particular motel 6 because of the service from out last visit was so good. But was very disappointed this time.
Don't think I'll be back now because what they said on the phone at the time of reservations and when I got here.
It was a pass the buck situation.”

The bottom line, their rooms are clean, and the price is cheap. Each room has its own quirks, but remind yourself of the price.

It’s in the heart of Waynesboro. It’s always been clean. So we keep coming back. Really impressed with the shower in our most current room.”

“My wife and I recently stayed here because she had a work conference at nearby Wintergreen and for a few reasons she didn't want to stay at the air b&b her work rented. We've had mostly good experiences with BW hotels so I used points for our stay.
I'm pretty familiar with the business parts of Waynesboro from previous jobs I had where I traveled through the area so I knew where this hotel was and in case you're looking for somewhere to stay in Waynesboro that's convenient to a lot of stuff this place is a hidden gem! You see it from the road but it can be a little complicated to get into. There's Walmart, Target and countless restaurants within ten minutes of here!

Anyway, to review the inside of the hotel. The lobby was beautiful, the front desk associate at check-in was friendly. We stayed Friday night and she had her days mixed up so she told us the wrong time for breakfast (its an hour later starting and ending on weekends) which was ok it happens.
Our room was clean, the king size bed was great for us. I liked that the hallway light was bright. There's a BW we've stayed at in Williamsburg multiple times and the hallway light there is dim.

The only negatives I have our 1) the bathroom feels cramped especially because there is hardly any space between the door and the toilet. 2) the bathtub was clean but something on the mat or whatever was in there looked like dry clay or something. I think it's just material from the mat/liner. 3) the shower handle seems like it's upside down. You have to turn it counterclockwise and almost a full circle to get hot water. 4) the curtains don't close which seems to be a common BW thing.

If I ever needed to stay the night in Waynesboro again I would have no hesitation to stay here! We had to take breakfast to go so we didn't get to really enjoy it. They do have a waffle maker which I love when a hotel has one! And like I said before, this hotel is in a great location. There's three restaurants you could walk to without having to be along side a busy road. Those restaurants are Cracker Barrel, Golden Corral and a local or at least local to Virginia BBQ restaurant.”
