They're under new ownership/management. Give them a chance. My battery light came on as I was driving by and my power steering failed for a moment. I stopped in and although they were very busy they gave me 20-30 minutes of their time to look over the car and diagnose the issue. They wouldn't even accept any money for the diagnosis. Super nice.

The last straw was when they told me a dial guage was broken before I brought the car in and I knew it was not. Slow service and never seemed interested in working on my car. On the plus side, they are in the middle of town so you can walk to a cafe to wait.

I test drove a car, and they were very nice , they greet u wen u walk in, the gentleman cleaned the windshield b4 I drove off the lot , offered me an awesome deal , but was never pushy. I will go back there because they want to sell u a car , but they r very nice about it.

The MECHANICS at autoville are the bomb. Ive had no experience with the dealers. I take my Honda Accord every time and every time they fix it fairly and honestly. LIGHTNING fast turnaround these guys are animals!

I used to be a mechanic years ago and keep up and know vehicles still very well. I have had 3 vehicles that I didn't have the tools to work on and took it to Chris. He is AMAZING. He repaired easily 2 foreign cars that my dad said the Toyota dealers couldn't figure out. Took him one day and the Avalon is like new. One of the nicest man I ever met in my life!!! I live 50 miles away and my when my mom has problems with her car in Floyd, I simply make a phone call to Chris and the job is done to perfection priced right!!! This man is a genius with car's...
