The owners, Bauers and Wall, are so committed to the community and to growing the town in a responsible way. It feels like you’re part of something bigger just by staying here.
The staff went above and beyond — not just friendly, but genuinely excited to help us connect with the local community and discover hidden gems we never would have found on our own. It’s rare to find a place that balances comfort, sustainability, and community so beautifully. I’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend it enough!”

“Floyd is a great place for a quick getaway!!! We had a first floor suite with a fireplace, sitting area with kitchenette, and nice bedroom. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Would definitely recommend.”
