Floyd is a great place for a quick getaway!!! We had a first floor suite with a fireplace, sitting area with kitchenette, and nice bedroom. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Would definitely recommend.

We recently stayed at the PTL, and were pleasantly upgraded to their suite. The accomodations are always great and would recommend this to everyone. The rooms are very cozy and you get the feeling like you are staying with friends in their comfy home. Dave is readily available and such a pleasant guy to talk to. Looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed here for a friends wedding, the place was gorgeous, comfortable and close to town! The perfect place to rest our heads for the weekend! Owner was awesome l, genuine, and was pleasant! Would stay here again! Highly recommend if you want to enjoy the Charm of Floyd!

My husband and I luckily stumbled into this lodge. We were treated with such warmth and loved everything about our stay. Our studio was clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed.
I highly recommend this wonderful place which represents the welcoming vibe of Floyd.

Me and my 2 friends were heading through Floyd and needed a place to stay for the night. The owner was very accommodating to our needs. He even gave us a second room at a discount. The rooms were emasculated and very comfortable. Would highly recommend The pine Tavern Lodge.

A beautiful lodge, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated! The owners go above and beyond to accommodate the guest! I arrived with 10 others to stay one night on our way to a WV quilters retreat. I had fallen at a restaurant in Greens boro on out trip to the retreat. We planned to stay overnight at the lodge and continue on our trip in the am. My fall sprained my ankle, I could hardly walk. The owners opened a room down stairs for me, helped me get into the room, got ice for my ankle. And treated me as if I was the most important guest they ever hosted! Yes I recommend this lodge. Haven’t stayed in such a beautiful accommodating place before !

Bilt 1927 and recently restored. This place is quaint, cute, and an awesome place to stay. Unbelievably clean with quality furnishings and beddings. With the more than reasonable price, I highly recommend it.

Great comfortable cottage that accommodated our puppies. Beds comfortable, relaxing. Highly recommend! We are staying there again on our return home to Ohio

Robin and Dave are the best hosts! We love their dog friendly cottage, and the town of Floyd is so much fun. Every place is dog friendly, we love the Floyd Country Store, the Farmer's Market, the Republic of Floyd Emporium, Monkey Business, the Morrisette Winery, and the Five Mile Mountain Distillery - all dog friendly! All the many shops and restaurants are fun. The Bluegrass music is great. The mountain views are beautiful.

Stayed here for a night and it was great, would 100% be my pick again if I'm ever back in Floyd. Dave showed me around and even saw me off the next morning.
It may look a little out of the way, but you're 5 minutes from anything in Floyd.
