I retract the review I submitted on Sept 12. The Floyd post office has a new postmaster. I spoke with him on Sept. 13, I get the impression he is very concerned about customer service. With new management we may see better customer service.

Five stars for my man Ben. Wow. What a treat. Wish I brought more packages so I could hang out with that guy more.
