This place is always super busy and maybe has two rude cashiers scheduled on a good day. For whatever reason there's no self checkout but they'd be better off doing that than having cashiers who barely say anything. Why is it impossible for them to say anything to the customer besides their total? I said thank you since the guy just handed me my receipt and he still said nothing. Teach your employees better. A greeting would be nice, a thank you would be nice, or at least a "you're welcome" when I say thank you while I'm literally paying money to the establishment. Entitled, young employees. This is coming from a 35 year old mind you.

This isn't Christiansburg or Roanoke . So can't compare with grocery stores there . But for a small town like Floyd, it has what you need with a pretty decent selection. I've seen 2 , 1 star ratings and thought that's ridiculous, it's a 3 if not a 4 , in particular because it's in a very small town

worst place to work for ever... they worry more about he said she said rumors than the fact you actually do your job for over a year and a half and only missed 3 days of work.... not to mention they treat the employees like dirt

For the second time in the past two weeks I have received rotten chicken (using curbside service). The second I open it, I am met with a disgusting stink. I have brushed this off a few times, but it's ridiculous at this point. This isn't necessarily the fault of curbside staff , but there is mishandling somewhere - to the point where I don't feel safe purchasing cold goods. I have also purchased rotten meat (pre-pandemic) and realized later that they just put a new sticker over the old one to sell the product. I am a regular customer but I am extremely upset and disgusted at this point. People shop curbside because they can't risk going inside.. giving these shoppers borderline and expired products isn't right. I am also concerned that there is a refrigeration unit that is bad, or that there is careless staff handling raw products.
