I've had no issues and been happy a few times.My last visit, my card got charged and then I got an alert that the wash was out of service and couldn't go through. I let a message on their phone line, still waiting to get my charge credited back to me.

The wash is only moderately effective, and the machine doesn't give receipts. Better than nothing, but not by much

The car wash is usually great. Yet all the vacuumes are broken. Except the 1 that u pay for. I wish they would repair the vacuumes.
