Beware. owner women charged me $80.00 for a full set. On their wall it says 35 full set, I told her long and Oval. She did not convey she would charge me more for a millimeter longer in length which cost them absolutely nothing in powder. The whole time she never told me she would charge so much. I asked for Oval and long she gave me a short and coffin style, I told her no please Oval and long so she had to rip off the nails when she did not follow instructions first period then she charged me an extra $40 stating they are super long they were not that long they look nice but it is not as some of the ranks that are two inches long. I ended up having to go home shave it to an Oval look and use my equipment as they were sharp edges. I tried to call her and politely ask why it would be double the price for only a little bit longer then short nails. She yelled "NO super long I don't care don't come back "and hung up on me. Dismisses should treat customers fair for repeat customers. I got a better price at the medical spa then I did here. They will gauge you at the end. The husband did not care either, he should learn to understand his customers or he won't have any. Horrible business that came to America.

This salon is wonderful. The thing I love most about this place is the care they take. No matter what the service, they take their time to make you feel pampered and comfortable. Every other place I go I notice how rushed the service is compared to Best Nails. They are kind and attentive. They do a nice job on my ingrown toenails and also do a wonderful full set.Services: Manicure

I used to come here frequently but over the years their enthusiasm and professionalism has gotten awful. I gave them one more chance after a year break and now I regret giving them my business/money again. I knew better but now I know for certain that I will never be back. the first time i went here my nails were amazing and i loved them. but i came here again yesterday and the man doing my nails looked like he didn’t even know what he was doing. he made them way too short then what i asked for and they’re crooked. i asked for a design and he said that they don’t do that there even though i got a design last time. i won’t be coming back to this nail salon as they seem like they don’t know what they’re doing.Service: Acrylic nails

Waited for over an hour. Showed them what I wanted done. They waited till after they had put acrylic on my nails to tell me it was only possible to do that with dip nails. Then they “painted” my nails. Two of them are missing some polish and 4 of them are misshapen. Never going back.

this place has given me a decent manicure AT BEST. however, since this place is pretty much right next to my house me and my mom tried it right after they opened hve returned a few times in the years since. my mom is a salon owner, so we did notice the strange looking cosmetology licenses that were partially covered with dollar bills... implying that they didn't even have current cosmetology licenses and shouldn't have been practicing. went back a few weeks ago for a pedicure, it was not a good experience. the lady doing my moms feet rushed the guy doing my feet so they turned out really bad and we're chipping within a few days. go to joy nails in wyndhurst! never had a bad experience there.
